How to use adjustable steel prop?

1. First use the handle to screw the adjusting nut to the lowest position.

2. Insert the upper tube into the lower tube to approximately the desired height, then insert the pin into the adjustment hole located above the adjustment nut.

3. Move the adjustable steel prop to the working position, and use the handle to rotate the adjusting nut so that the adjustable support can be supported against the supported object.
