What regulations should the base jack meet in the production process

The base jack is a tool used in conjunction with scaffolding in building construction. Its function is to transfer the overall stress transfer and adjust the support for the building. The components include: support rods, stiffeners, support surfaces, and adjustable screws.

How to use the base jack: the support rod is fixed under the scaffold (adjustable base) or above (using the top support or U support, etc.), and the fixation and connection between the reinforcing rib and the support rod is on each support rod An adjustment screw is set on the lower end of the bracket, a groove-shaped sliding base is set on the surface of the support, a sliding disc is placed in the sliding base, and an adjustment screw is set on one side. The end of the adjustment screw is against the sliding disc, and the sliding disc It can slide under the action of the lead screw.

The base jack is used to improve the overall stress transfer of the bracket, so the quality and close integration of each component are related to the use effect, so the product should meet the following requirements during the production and processing process:
1. The processing of steel sleeves should be carried out only after the process has passed the inspection.
2. Water-based lubricating fluid should be used for the processing of steel wire ends, and oil-based lubricating oil should not be used.
3. The pitch diameter of the thread head, the tooth profile angle and the effective thread length should meet the design requirements. The size of the thread head thread should be determined in accordance with GB/T196, and the effective thread pitch diameter should meet the requirements of GB/T197 for the 6f accuracy requirements.
4. After the wire end is processed and passed the inspection, the protective cap or sleeve should be put on immediately to prevent damage to the wire end when loading and unloading the rebar.
