The disc-type scaffolding is composed of a vertical rod, a horizontal rod, an inclined rod, an adjustable base, an adjustable bracket and other components. The vertical rod adopts the sleeve or connecting rod socket connection, the horizontal rod and the inclined rod adopt the rod end buckle joint to be clamped into the connecting plate, and the wedge-shaped bolt is used for quick connection to form a steel pipe bracket with a constant structural geometry (referred to as a quick connection frame). Its use can be divided into two types: scaffolding and formwork support.
Disc-type scaffolding structure
1. Disc buckle node: the part where the connecting disc on the support pole is connected with the pin on the end of the horizontal rod.
2. Vertical pole: the vertical support rod of the disc-buckle steel pipe bracket.
3. Connecting plate: an octagonal or circular orifice plate welded to the pole to be buckled in 8 directions.
4. Vertical pole connection sleeve: a special sleeve welded to one end of the pole for vertical connection of the pole.
5. Vertical pole connector: a special part for fixing the pole and the pole connecting sleeve to prevent pulling out.
6. Horizontal rod: the horizontal rod of the socket type disc buckle steel pipe bracket.
7. Buckle connector pins: special wedge-shaped parts for fixing the buckle connector and the connecting plate.
8. Inclined rod: It can be buckled with the connecting plate on the vertical pole to improve the stability of the support structure. There are two types of oblique rods: vertical oblique rod and horizontal oblique rod.
9. Adjustable base: the height-adjustable base at the bottom of the pole.
10. Adjustable bracket: the height-adjustable bracket on the top of the pole
Material requirements for disc-type scaffolding material acceptance standards
1. The steel pipe should be free of cracks, dents, or corrosion, and butt-welded steel pipes should not be used;
2. The steel pipe should be straight, the allowable deviation of straightness should be 1/500 of the length of the pipe, and both ends should be flat without oblique openings or burrs;
3. The surface of the casting should be smooth, and there should be no defects such as sand holes, shrinkage holes, cracks, pouring riser residues, etc., and the surface sticky sand should be cleaned up;
4. Stamping parts must not have defects such as burrs, cracks, oxide skin, etc.;
5. The effective height of each weld should meet the requirements, the weld should be full, and the welding flux should be cleaned, and there should be no defects such as incomplete penetration, slag inclusion, meat biting, cracks, etc.;
6. The surface of the adjustable base and the adjustable bracket should be dipped or cold galvanized, and the coating should be uniform and firm; the surface of the frame body and other components should be hot-dip galvanized, the surface should be smooth, and there should be no burrs at the joints. , Dripping tumors and excess agglomeration;
7. The manufacturer’s logo on the main components should be clear.
