What are the scaffolding install standards?

Scaffolding is a necessary safety facility tool for various engineering constructions. However, how should we build it? How to build it is regarded as a standard and can ensure safety?

1. The scaffolding steel pipe should be φ48.3×3.6 steel pipe. It is strictly forbidden to use the steel pipe with holes, cracks, deformation, and slippage on the bolts. The fastener shall not be damaged when the bolt tightening torque reaches 65 N·m.

2. Scaffolding includes floor-standing scaffolding, cantilevered scaffolding, attached scaffolding, portal scaffolding, etc. Scaffolding is strictly forbidden to mix steel and wood, steel and bamboo, and it is strictly forbidden to connect frames with different stress properties together.

3. The safety net should be hung tightly to achieve a flat, tight, and straight surface. The horizontal overlap should be at least one hole heavy, and the holes should be fully tied, and there should be no obvious gaps in the distance. The upper and lower lashings shall not cover the large crossbar, and shall be buckled uniformly on the inside of the large crossbar. The upper and lower steps shall be lashed tightly, and the net buckle shall not be missed. All the corners of the outer frame should be added with up and down long inner vertical rods, and the safety net shall pass through between the inner and outer vertical rods when lashing to keep the large corners square and straight. When there is a large gap at the junction of the upper and lower overhangs, a safety net shall be hung up, and the safety net shall be stretched and hung neatly, and no facility workers shall be hung up at will.

4. Vertical poles: uniform spacing, vertical poles, no bending, the length of the handrails extending from the uppermost step frame body should be basically the same (the outer poles of the scaffolding for flat roofs should be 1.2m higher than the cornices, and the poles for sloping roofs should be 1.5m above the cornice epithelium), the corners of the scaffolding form a tic-shaped structure. The vertical poles of the upper and lower cantilevered sections shall be in a straight line on the vertical surface, and the frame bodies of the upper and lower cantilevered sections shall be kept on the same vertical surface when viewed from the side, and there shall be no dislocation phenomenon.

5. With large angles and vertical and horizontal horizontal poles in the facade, the length of the vertical poles must be strictly controlled within 10-20 centimeters. The lengths are the same. Random erection is prohibited.

6. Scissor support: The outer elevation of the scissors support is set continuously. The oblique angles of the diagonal rods of the same elevation should be consistent, so that the length of the overlap is the same from the vertical to the top, the horizontal to the side, and the edge of the vertical pole and the top longitudinal are exposed. The length of the horizontal rod is uniform.

7. Wall fittings: Strictly set up in two steps and three spans, painted with yellow paint and sprayed with a warning of “No removal”.

8. A skirting board must be installed every two steps of the frame body, the color code lines are in the same direction, and the docking method should be adopted, and the whole is flat and straight. It is strictly forbidden to use inkjet cloth to set up.

9. The size of the scaffold should be matched with the width of the frame to avoid the phenomenon that the bamboo scaffold is picked up and exposed. The scaffold piece should be bound firmly with 18# lead wire double strands in parallel at 4 corners, and the junction is flat and there is no probe board.

10. After scaffolding is erected, the inspection and acceptance shall be organized and the acceptance procedures shall be handled. The acceptance part shall be stated in the acceptance form, and the content shall be quantified, and the acceptance personnel shall perform the acceptance signature procedures.

11. The outer scaffolding steel pipes must be treated with anti-rust treatment, and one anti-rust paint and two yellow top paints should be applied after rust removal. The first step of the scaffolding, the scaffolding and the steel pipes used for safety protection are painted in yellow and black with a spacing of 400 mm.
