What are the requirements for scaffolding acceptance

First, under what circumstances is scaffolding acceptance required?
Scaffolding should be inspected and accepted at the following stages:
1) After the foundation is completed and before the frame is erected.
2) After the first step of large and medium-sized scaffolding is completed, the large crossbars are erected.
3) After each installation is completed at a height of 6 to 8 meters.
4) Before applying load on the working surface.
5) After reaching the design height (scaffolding will be inspected once for each layer of structural construction).
6) After encountering winds of level 6 and above or heavy rain, frozen areas will thaw.
7) Discontinue use for more than one month.
8) Before dismantling.

Second, what are the requirements for scaffold acceptance?
1. Before erecting the scaffolding, the person in charge of the construction should make a detailed explanation according to the requirements of the construction plan, combined with the operating conditions and team situation at the construction site, and have a dedicated person to direct it.
2. After the scaffolding is erected, it should be organized by the person in charge of the construction, with the participation of relevant personnel, and inspection and acceptance will be carried out piece by piece according to the construction plan and specifications. Only after it is confirmed that it meets the requirements can it be put into use.
3. Inspection standards: (Should be carried out by corresponding specifications)
(1) The longitudinal distance deviation of steel pipe poles is ±50mm
(2) The vertical deviation of the steel pipe pole shall not be greater than 1/100H and not greater than 10cm (H is the total height).
(3) Fastener tightening torque is: 40-50N.m, not more than 65N.m. Randomly inspect 5% of the installation quantity, and the number of unqualified fasteners shall not exceed 10% of the random inspection quantity. (4) The fastener tightening procedure directly affects the load-bearing capacity of the scaffold. Tests show that when the fastener bolt torsion torque is 30N.m, the scaffold’s load-bearing capacity is 20% lower than that of 40N.m.
4. The inspection and acceptance of scaffolding shall be carried out by the specifications. Any non-compliance with the regulations shall be rectified immediately. The inspection results and rectification status shall be recorded according to the actual measured data and signed by the inspection personnel.
