1. Inspection of raw materials. Raw materials must have a complete quality certificate when entering the factory to ensure that the quality of the materials used can meet the design requirements. After entering the factory, all materials must be re-inspected (including the chemical composition analysis of the raw materials and mechanical performance experiments), unqualified is strictly prohibited.
2. In the production process, all links must be strictly controlled, and strict inspections must be carried out, with detailed inspection records and strict process supervision. There should be obvious inspection and test status signs in production to ensure that the production activities are carried out reasonably and orderly. Each process is handed over based on the inspector’s inspection mark. Parts that are not marked incorrectly, or failed are not allowed to be transferred. The next process has the right to reject products that do not have a conformity mark.
3. Before the finished product is put into storage, it must be fully inspected and have detailed records and product identification and traceability. The quality assurance department should frequently carry out quality analysis activities, hold quality analysis meetings in time for existing quality problems, take effective preventive and corrective measures in time, handle and record and archive them in a timely manner. At the same time, there must be a perfect user service system, regular service, timely feedback of quality information, and timely improvement of product quality.
