The material is generally Q345B, the length can be made into 3M, and it is usually made into 2M in China, with a wall thickness of 3.25MM. On the steel pipes with diameters of 48 and 60MM, circular connecting plates that can be connected in 8 directions are welded every 0.5M. A connecting sleeve or internal connecting rod is welded at one end of the vertical pole to connect the vertical pole.
3. Diagonal rod: The material of the disc-type scaffolding is generally Q195B, with a wall thickness of 2.75MM. The diagonal rods are divided into vertical diagonal rods and horizontal diagonal rods. They are rods to ensure the stability of the frame structure. There are buckle joints at both ends of the steel pipe, and their length is determined by the frame spacing and step distance.
4. Adjustable top support (U support): The material is generally Q235B, the outer diameter of the 48 series is 38MM, the outer diameter of the 60 series is 48MM, the length can be made into 500MM and 600MM, the wall thickness of the 48 series of disc-type scaffolding is 5MM, and the wall thickness of the 60 series of disc-type scaffolding is 6.5MM. Installed on the top support of the vertical pole to receive the keel and adjust the height of the supporting scaffolding.
5. Adjustable base (flat support): The material is generally Q235B, the outer diameter of the 48 series is 38MM, the outer diameter of the 60 series is 48MM, the length can be made into 500MM and 600MM, the wall thickness of the 48 series of the disc-type scaffolding is 5MM, and the wall thickness of the 60 series of the disc-type scaffolding is 6.5MM.
