Various scaffolding calculation methods

1. Calculation rules for scaffolding
(1) When calculating scaffolding on interior and exterior walls, the area occupied by door, window openings, empty circle openings, etc. will not be deducted.
(2) When the same building has different heights, the calculations should be based on different heights.
(3) The scope of the project contracted by the general contractor construction unit does not include exterior wall decoration projects or exterior wall decoration. Projects that cannot be constructed using main construction scaffolding can use main external scaffolding or decorative external scaffolding projects respectively.

2. Calculation rules for external scaffolding
(1) The height of the scaffolding on the exterior wall of the building is calculated from the designed outdoor floor to the eaves (or top of the parapet); the project is carried out according to the length of the outer edge of the exterior wall (wall stacks with a protruding wall width greater than 240mm, etc.) according to the dimensions shown in the figure Calculated, incorporated into the length of the exterior wall), multiplied by the height to calculate in square meters.
(2) If the masonry height is less than 15m, it will be calculated as a single row of scaffolding; if the height is more than 15m or the height is less than 15m, the door, window and decorative area of the exterior wall exceeds the surface area of the exterior wall by more than 60% (or the exterior wall is a cast-in-situ concrete wall, When the building height exceeds 30m, it can be calculated as a double-row scaffolding on a profiled steel platform based on the project conditions.
(3) For independent columns (cast-in-situ concrete frame columns), add 3.6m to the outer circumference of the structure as shown in the column diagram, multiply by the design column height to calculate in square meters, and apply the single-row exterior scaffolding project. For cast-in-place concrete beams and walls, the height between the designed outdoor floor or floor surface and the bottom of the floor is multiplied by the net length of the beam and wall in square meters, and the double-row exterior scaffolding project is applied.
(4) The steel platform cantilevered pipe frame shall be calculated in square meters based on the length of the outer edge of the exterior wall multiplied by the design height. The platform overhang width quota has been comprehensively determined, and when used, it is applied separately according to the setting height of the quota items.

3. Calculation rules for scaffolding
(1) For scaffolding on the interior wall of a building, if the height from the indoor floor to the lower surface of the roof (or 1/2 of the height of the gable) is less than 3.6m (non-light block wall), it will be calculated as a single row of scaffolding; When the height exceeds 3.6m and is less than 6m, it is calculated as a double-row scaffolding.
(2) The inner scaffolding is calculated based on the vertical projection area of the wall, and the inner scaffolding project is applied. Various lightweight block walls that cannot leave scaffolding holes in the interior walls are suitable for double-row scaffolding projects.

4. Calculation rules for decorative scaffolding
(1) When the original masonry scaffolding cannot be used for interior wall decoration with a height exceeding 3.6m, the decorative scaffolding can be calculated according to the internal scaffolding calculation rules. Decorative scaffolding is calculated based on double-row scaffolding multiplied by a factor of 0.3.
(2) When the indoor ceiling decorative surface is more than 3.6m away from the designed indoor floor, the full hall scaffolding can be calculated. The full hall scaffolding is calculated based on the indoor net area, and when its height is between 3.61 and 5.2m, the basic floor is calculated. When it exceeds 5.2m, each additional 1.2m will be calculated as an additional layer, and any increase of less than 0.6m will not be counted. The additional layer is calculated according to the following formula: additional layer of full hall scaffolding = [indoor net height-5.2 (m)]/1.2 (m)
(3) When the exterior wall decoration cannot be constructed using the main scaffolding, the exterior wall decoration scaffolding can be calculated. Exterior wall decoration scaffolding is calculated based on the designed exterior wall decoration area, and the corresponding quota items are applied. Exterior wall painters and painters do not count exterior wall decorative scaffolding.
(4) After the full hall of scaffolding is calculated according to regulations, indoor wall decoration projects will no longer count scaffolding.

5. Calculation rules for other scaffolds
(1) Scaffolding for fences shall be calculated in square meters based on the height of the masonry from the outdoor natural floor to the top of the fence multiplied by the length. The wall scaffolding applies the corresponding items of single row scaffolding.
(2) For stone masonry walls, when the masonry height is more than 1.0mm, the design masonry height multiplied by the length will be calculated in square meters, and the double-row scaffolding project will be applied.
(3) Horizontal protective frame, calculated in square meters according to the actual horizontal projected area of the paving. (4) The vertical protective frame is calculated in square meters based on the erection height between the natural floor and the uppermost crossbar, multiplied by the actual erection length.
(5) When selecting scaffolding, the erection length and number of layers will be calculated in meters.
(6) Suspended scaffolding shall be calculated in square meters based on the horizontal projected area of the erection.
(7) Chimney scaffolding, different erection heights are calculated based on seats. Scaffolding is not included in the calculation of concrete chimneys and silos constructed with sliding formwork.
(8) Elevator shaft scaffolding is calculated based on the number of seats per hole.
(9) Different heights of ramps are calculated based on seats.
(10) For masonry silo scaffolding, regardless of single tube or silo group, the perimeter of the outer edge of the single tube is multiplied by the designed height between the outdoor floor and the upper entrance of the silo, calculated in square meters, and double-row exterior scaffolding is used. project.
(11) Scaffolding for water (oil) storage pools shall be based on the perimeter of the outer wall multiplied by the height between the outdoor floor and the top surface of the pool wall. Calculated in square meters. When the height of the water (oil) tank from the floor exceeds 1.2m, a double-row external scaffolding project shall be used.
(12) Equipment foundation scaffolding shall be calculated in square meters based on the perimeter of its shape multiplied by the height from the floor to the top edge of the shape, and the double-row scaffolding project shall be applied.
(13) The vertical sealing engineering quantity of a building is calculated based on the vertical projected area of the sealing surface.
(14) The vertical hanging safety net is calculated in square meters based on the actual length of the net part multiplied by the actual height.
(15) The protruding safety net is calculated based on the protruding horizontal projected area.
