Disc-type scaffolding is a new type of scaffolding, which is an upgraded product after the bowl-type scaffolding. It is also called chrysanthemum disc scaffolding, plug-in disc scaffolding, wheel disc scaffolding, and disc-type scaffolding. The socket is a disc with 8 holes in it. It uses φ48*3.2, 60*3.5mm. Q345 steel pipe as the main component. The vertical pole is a disc welded on a steel pipe of a certain length every 0.5m, and the bottom of the vertical pole has a connecting sleeve. The crossbar is a plug with a pin welded on both ends of the steel pipe.
The support frame is divided into vertical poles, cross bars, and diagonal bars. There are eight holes on the return plate, four small holes are dedicated to the cross bars; four large holes are dedicated to the diagonal bars. The connection method of the rod and the diagonal rod is the pin type, which can ensure that the rod and the vertical pole are firmly connected. The crossbar and diagonal bar joints are specially made according to the arc of the pipe and are in full contact with the vertical steel pipe. After the pin is tightened, it is subjected to a three-point force (two points above and below the joint and one point of the pin facing the disc), which can firmly fix the structural strength and transmit horizontal force. The crossbar head and the steel pipe body are fully welded and the force transmission is correct. The diagonal bar head is a rotatable joint, and the diagonal bar is fixed to the steel pipe body with rivets. As for the connection method of the vertical pole, it is mainly based on the square tube connecting rod, and the connecting rod is fixed on the vertical pole. No other joint components are needed to combine, which can save the trouble of material loss and sorting.
According to the “Socket-type disc-type steel pipe support component” JG/T503-2016, the models of the disc-lock scaffolding are mainly divided into two types: Z type and B type. Z type: It is the 60 series commonly mentioned in the market, that is, the diameter of the vertical pole is 60.3mm, which is mainly used for heavy support, such as bridge engineering. Type B: Also known as the 48 series, the pole diameter is 48.3mm, mainly used in housing construction, subway structure and decoration, stage lighting racks, and other fields. According to the connection method of the disc-type scaffolding pole, it is divided into two forms: outer simple connection and inner connection rod connection. At present, the 60 series disc-type scaffolding on the market generally adopts an inner connection; the 48 series disc-type scaffolding is generally an outer simple connection.
