Ten acceptance steps for scaffolding in industrial projects

(I) Acceptance of scaffolding foundation and base
1) The construction of the scaffolding foundation and base must be calculated according to the scaffolding height and soil conditions of the site by relevant regulations;
2) Whether the scaffolding foundation and base are compacted:
3) Whether the scaffolding foundation and base are flat;
4) Whether there is water accumulation in the scaffolding foundation and base

(II) Acceptance of drainage ditch of scaffolding frame
1) Remove debris from the scaffolding site, level it, and make the drainage smooth;
2) The drainage ditch should be set between 500mm and 680mm outside the outermost row of poles of the scaffolding;
3) The width of the drainage ditch is between 200mm and 350mm; the depth is between 150mm and 300mm; a water collection well (600mmx600mmx1200mm) should be set at the end of the ditch to ensure that the water in the ditch is discharged in time;
4) The upper width of the drainage ditch is 300mm; the lower width is 300mm. :180mm;
5) The slope of the drainage ditch is i=0.5

(III) Acceptance of scaffolding pads and bottom brackets
1) The acceptance of scaffolding pads and bottom brackets is determined according to the height and load of the scaffolding;
2) The pad specifications of scaffolding below 24m are (width greater than 200mm, thickness greater than 50mm), ensuring that each vertical pole must be placed in the middle of the pad, and the pad area must not be less than 0.15㎡;
3) The thickness of the bottom pad of the load-bearing scaffolding above 24m must be strictly calculated;
4) The scaffolding bottom bracket must be placed in the center of the pad; the width of the scaffolding bottom bracket must be greater than 100mm and the thickness must not be less than 50mm.

(IV) Acceptance of scaffolding sweeping rods
1) Sweeping rods must be connected to the vertical poles, and sweeping rods must not be connected:
2) The horizontal height difference of the sweeping rods shall not be greater than 1m, and the distance from the slope shall not be less than 0.5m;
3) The longitudinal sweeping rods shall be fixed to the vertical poles at a distance of no more than 200mm from the base epidermis with right-angle fasteners;
4) The transverse sweeping rods should be fixed to the vertical poles close to the bottom of the longitudinal sweeping rods with right-angle fasteners.

(V) Acceptance standards for the main body of the scaffolding
1) The acceptance of the main body of the scaffolding is calculated according to the construction needs. For example, the spacing between the vertical poles of the ordinary scaffolding must be less than 2m; the spacing between the large horizontal bars must be less than 1.8m; and the spacing between the small horizontal bars must be less than 2m.
2) The vertical deviation of the pole should be inspected according to the height of the frame, and its absolute difference should be controlled at the same time
3) When the scaffolding poles are extended, except for the top of the top layer, the joints of the other layers and steps must be connected with butt fasteners. The joints of the scaffolding frame should be staggered
4) The large crossbar of the scaffolding shall not be greater than 2 meters and must be set continuously
5) The small crossbar of the scaffolding should be set at the intersection of the pole and the large crossbar and must be connected to the pole with a right-angle fastener
6) The fasteners must be used reasonably during the erection of the frame, and they must not be substituted or misused. Fasteners with slipped threads or cracks must never be used in the frame.

(VI) Acceptance criteria for scaffolding boards
1) After the scaffolding is erected at the construction site, the scaffolding boards must be fully laid and the scaffolding boards must be correctly connected. At the corners of the frame, the scaffolding boards should be staggered and overlapped and must be tied firmly. Uneven places should be leveled and nailed with wooden blocks;
2) The scaffolding boards on the working layer should be laid flat, fully packed, and firmly tied. The length of the scaffolding board probe at the end 12-15CM away from the wall should not be greater than 20CM. The spacing of the horizontal bars should be set according to the use of the scaffolding. The scaffolding boards can be laid flat or overlapped.

(VII) Acceptance of scaffolding and wall ties
There are two types of wall ties: rigid wall ties and flexible wall ties. Rigid wall ties should be used at the construction site. For scaffolding with a height of less than 24 meters, wall ties need to be set up in 3 steps and 3 spans. For scaffolding with a height between 24 meters and 50 meters, wall ties need to be set up in 2 steps and 3 spans.

(VIII) Acceptance of scaffolding scissor braces
1) Scaffoldings above 24m must be equipped with a scissor brace at each end of the outer facade and should be set continuously from bottom to top. Load-bearing and special racks should be equipped with multiple continuous scissor braces from bottom to top. The angle between the diagonal rod of the scissor brace and the ground should be between 45° and 60°. The width of each scissor brace should not be less than 4 spans and should not be less than 6 meters;
2) When the frame is higher than 24 meters, scissor braces must be set continuously from low to high.

(IX) Acceptance of scaffolding upper and lower measures
1) There are two types of scaffolding upper and lower measures: hanging ladders and setting up “Z”-shaped walkways or inclined walkways;
2) Ladders must be hung vertically from low to high and must be fixed every 3 meters vertically. The top hook must be tied firmly with 8# lead wire;
3) The upper and lower walkways must be set up at the same height as the scaffolding. The width of the pedestrian walkway must not be less than 1 meter, the slope is 1:6, and the width of the material transport walkway must not be less than 1.2 meters and the slope is 1:3. The spacing of the anti-slip strips is 0.3 meters, and the height of the anti-slip strips is about 3-5 cm

(X) Acceptance of anti-fall measures for the frame
1) If the construction scaffolding needs to be hung with a safety net, check that the safety net is flat, firm, and complete;
2) A dense mesh must be set on the outside of the construction scaffolding, and the dense mesh must be flat and complete;
3) Anti-fall measures must be set up every 10-15 meters of the vertical height of the scaffolding, and a dense mesh must be set up on the outside of the frame promptly. The inner safety net must be pulled tight when laid, and the safety net fixing rope must be tied around a fixed and reliable place.
