Steel pipe frame construction and scaffolding erection process

Single-row scaffolding is not suitable for the following situations:
(1) Wall thickness is less than or equal to 180mm;
(2) Building height exceeds 24m;
(3) Lightweight walls such as hollow brick walls and aerated block walls;
(4) Brick walls with masonry mortar strength grade less than or equal to M1.0.

(1) Before the construction of the coupler-type steel pipe scaffolding, the bearing capacity of the scaffolding structural components and the foundation of the uprights shall be designed and calculated by the provisions of this code.
(2) Before the construction of the coupler-type steel pipe scaffolding, the construction organization design shall be prepared by the provisions of this code.
(3) In addition to complying with the provisions of this code, the design and construction of the coupler-type steel pipe scaffolding shall also comply with the provisions of the current national mandatory standards.

Scaffolding erection process:
1. When erecting the scaffolding, a base or foundation must be added and the foundation must be treated. The vertical poles of this project are directly supported on the foundation bottom plate or the old soil at the bottom of the foundation pit, and then a wooden support is added. The pad laid on the old soil surface at the bottom of the foundation pit must be stable and not suspended. When placing the base, a line and a ruler should be used, and it should be placed and fixed according to the specified spacing.
2. The order of erecting the steel pipe scaffolding is: place the sweeping rod (a large horizontal rod close to the ground, with a height of 20cm) → erect the vertical poles one by one, and then fasten them sweeping rods → install the small sweeping horizontal rods and fasten them with the vertical poles or sweeping rods → install the first large horizontal rod (fasten them with each vertical rod) → install the first small horizontal rod → install the second large horizontal rod → add temporary diagonal bracing rods (the upper end is fastened with the second large horizontal rod, which can be removed after installing two wall rods) → install the third and fourth large horizontal rods and small horizontal rods → install the connecting wall rods → install the vertical poles → add scissors bracing → lay the scaffolding board.
3. The vertical poles must be set equidistant and straight, and their longitudinal spacing shall not exceed 1.8m. The horizontal spacing of the vertical poles is 1.0m, and the distance between the vertical poles and the wall is 40cm. The vertical spacing of the small horizontal bars (i.e. the step distance of the scaffolding) is 1.8m, the step distance of the bottom layer shall not be greater than 2m, and the length of the small horizontal bars extending from the inner and outer vertical poles shall not be less than 30cm and 15cm respectively. A scissor brace must be set every 9m on the outside of the scaffolding, and the angle with the ground should be controlled between 45° and 60° and set continuously from top to bottom.
