Some requirements for disc-type scaffolding

First, material requirements
1. The vertical pole should not be lower than the provisions of Q345 in GB/T1591; the horizontal pole and horizontal diagonal pole should not be lower than the provisions of Q235 in GB/T700; the vertical diagonal pole should not be lower than the provisions of Q195 in GB/T 700.
2. The mechanical properties of the steel plate of the adjustable support and adjustable base should not be lower than the provisions of Q235 in GB/T700; the mechanical properties of the hollow adjusting screw should not be lower than the provisions of grade 20 steel in GB/T 699; the mechanical properties of the solid adjusting screw should not be lower than the provisions of Q235 steel in GB/T700.
3. When the vertical pole connection plate is made of carbon cast steel, its mechanical properties should comply with the provisions of ZG230-450 in GB/T11352; when it is made of round steel hot forging or steel plate punching and pressing, its mechanical properties should not be lower than the provisions of Q235 in GB/T700.
4. When the bolt is made of carbon cast steel, its mechanical properties shall not be lower than the provisions of ZG230-450 in GB/T11352; when it is made of round steel hot forging, its mechanical properties shall not be lower than the provisions of 45 steel in GB/T 699; when it is stamped with steel plate, its mechanical properties shall not be lower than the provisions of Q235 in GB/T700.
5. When the connecting outer sleeve is made of carbon cast steel, its mechanical properties shall comply with the provisions of ZG230-450 in GB/T11352; when the outer sleeve is formed into a step-shaped inner wall by extrusion process, its mechanical properties shall not be lower than the provisions of Q235 in GB/T700; when the outer sleeve is made of seamless steel pipe, its mechanical properties shall not be lower than the provisions of Q345 in GBT1591; the inner insert is made of seamless steel pipe or welded pipe, and its mechanical properties shall not be lower than the provisions of Q235 in GB/T700.
6. The buckle joint is made of carbon steel, and its mechanical properties should comply with the provisions of ZG230-450 grade in GBT11352.

Second, material tolerance
1. The steel pipe should be checked for straightness, and the allowable deviation of straightness is 1.5 L/1 000 of the pipe length, and the two end faces should be flat. The allowable deviation of the component length L is +1.0mm, and the allowable deviation of its straightness is 1.5 L/1000.
2. The end face of the vertical pole should be perpendicular to the axis of the vertical pole, and the allowable deviation of verticality is 0.5mm.
3. The spacing of the nodes of the vertical pole should be set according to the 0.5m module, the spacing tolerance is +1mm, and the cumulative error tolerance is ±1mm.
4. The thickness of the hot forged or cast connection plate should not be less than 8mm, and the thickness tolerance is +0.3mm; the material of the connection plate stamped by the steel plate should be Q345, and the thickness should be 9mm. The process and thickness tolerance should not be negative deviations; if the material of the connection plate stamped by the steel plate is Q235, the thickness is 10mm, and the thickness tolerance is +0.3mm.
5. The wall thickness of the outer sleeve with steps on the inner wall should not be less than 4mm, and the wall thickness of the outer sleeve with a tubeless steel pipe should not be less than 3.5mm; the wall thickness of the inner tube should not be less than 3.2mm. The wall thickness tolerance of the outer sleeve or the inner tube should not be negative. The length of the connecting outer sleeve with a step inside should be no less than 90mm, and the insertable length should be no less than 75mm; the length of the seamless steel pipe as the outer sleeve should be no less than 150mm, and the insertable length should be no less than 100mm; the length of the connecting pipe in the form of an internal insert should be no less than 200mm, and the insertable length should be no less than 100mm. The gap between the outer diameter of the inner pipe and the inner diameter of the vertical steel pipe should be no more than 2mm; the gap between the inner diameter of the seamless steel pipe as the outer sleeve and the outer diameter of the vertical steel pipe should be no more than 2mm; the gap between the inner diameter of the connecting outer sleeve with a step inside the inner wall and the outer diameter of the vertical pole should be no more than 3mm.
6. The vertical pole and the connecting sleeve should be provided with an anti-pullout pinhole surrounding the vertical pole connector. The pinhole diameter should be no more than 14mm, and the allowable deviation is ±0.2mm; the diameter of the vertical pole connector should be 12mm, and the allowable deviation is ±0.5mm.
7. The length of the horizontal pole is set according to the 0.3m module, and the allowable length deviation is +1.0mm.
8. The end joints of the horizontal rod and the horizontal diagonal rod should be parallel, and the allowable deviation of parallelism is 1.0mm.
9. The joints made of cast steel should form a good arc contact with the outer surface of the vertical pole steel pipe, and the contact area should be not less than 500 mm2.
10. The slope of the wedge-shaped pin should ensure that the cherry-shaped pin can be self-locked after the shuttle is inserted into the connecting plate. The thickness of the pin made of carbon cast steel and stamped with Q235 steel plate should be not less than 8mm, and the allowable deviation of thickness is +0.3mm; the thickness of the pin made of round steel hot forging and stamped with Q345 steel plate should be not less than 6mm, and the allowable deviation of thickness is +0.3mm.
11. The heavy-duty vertical pole (Z type) should be equipped with a 48mm diameter screw and an adjustment handle, and the allowable deviation of the outer diameter of the screw is +0.5mm; the standard vertical pole (B type) should be equipped with a 38mm diameter screw and an adjustment handle, and the allowable deviation of the outer diameter of the screw is +0.5mm. The wall thickness of the hollow screw rod includes the thread, and its thickness should not be less than 5mm, with an allowable difference of +0.3mm.
12. The adjustable base bottom plate and the adjustable support plate should be made of 5mm thick Q235 steel plate, with an allowable thickness deviation of +0.3mm. The length and width of the load-bearing steel plate should not be less than 150mm; the load-bearing surface steel plate and the screw rod should be circumferentially welded, and stiffening plates or stiffening arches should be set; the adjustable support plate should be equipped with an opening baffle, and the height of the baffle should not be less than 400mm.
13. The screw rod and the adjusting nut of the adjustable base and adjustable support should be screwed together for a length of not less than 4 buckles, and the thickness of the adjusting nut should not be less than 30mm.
