1. The inspection of steel pipes shall comply with the following provisions:
① There should be a product quality certificate;
② There should be a quality inspection report;
③ The surface of the steel pipe should be straight and smooth, and there should be no cracks, scars, delamination, misaligned hard bends, burrs, indentations and deep slides;
④ The deviation of the outer diameter, wall thickness, end face, etc. of the steel pipe should comply with the requirements of the “Safety Technical Specifications for Fastener-Type Steel Pipe Scaffolding in Construction”;
⑤ Anti-rust paint should be applied.
2. The inspection of fasteners shall comply with the following provisions:
① There should be a production license, a test report from a statutory testing unit, and a product quality certificate;
② Both new and old fasteners should be treated with anti-rust;
③ The product certificate should be checked before the fastener is put on site, and sampling retests should be carried out. The technical performance should comply with the relevant provisions of “Steel Pipe Scaffolding Fasteners” GB15831. Fasteners should be selected one by one before use. It is strictly forbidden to use those with cracks, deformed bolts, and slipped threads.
3. The inspection of scaffolding boards shall comply with the following provisions:
① Stamped steel scaffolding boards shall have product quality certificates and shall not have cracks, open welds, or hard bends. Both new and old scaffolding boards shall be painted with anti-rust paint and anti-slip measures shall be taken;
② The allowable deviation of the width and thickness of wooden scaffolding boards shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard “Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Wood Structure Engineering GB50206″, and twisted, cracked, or rotten scaffolding boards shall not be used.
4. The quality of steel used in cantilever scaffolding shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard “Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering” GB50205.
5. Scaffolding and its foundation shall be inspected and accepted at the following stages:
① After the foundation is completed and before the scaffolding is erected;
② Before applying load on the working layer;
③ After each 6-8 meters of height is erected;
④ After reaching the design height;
⑤ Before thawing in frozen areas after encountering strong winds of level 6 or above or heavy rain;
⑥ Out of service for more than one month.
6. The scaffolding inspection and acceptance should be carried out according to the following technical documents:
① Special construction plan and change documents;
② Technical briefing documents;
③ Component quality inspection form (Appendix to the “Safety Technical Specifications for Coupler-type Steel Pipe Scaffolding in Construction”).
7. During the use of the scaffolding, the following requirements should be checked regularly:
① The setting and connection of the rods, the construction of the wall connecting parts, supports, door trusses, etc. should comply with the requirements of the “Safety Technical Specifications for Coupler-type Steel Pipe Scaffolding in Construction” and the special construction plan:
② The foundation should be free of water accumulation, the base should not be loose, and the vertical poles should not be suspended;
③ The fastener bolts should not be loose;
④ The safety protection measures should comply with the requirements of the “Safety Technical Specifications for Coupler-type Steel Pipe Scaffolding in Construction”: There should be no overload.
