Scaffolding safety technical measures

First, preparation before scaffolding construction
1. Check the safety of the construction site
A. Site flatness: Ensure that the construction site is flat and free of debris to avoid tilting or collapse due to uneven ground during scaffolding construction.
B. Peripheral safety distance: A safety distance should be set around the construction site to prevent personnel, vehicles, etc. from entering the construction area by mistake and causing safety accidents.
C. Underground pipeline protection: Understand the distribution of underground pipelines at the construction site to avoid damage to underground pipelines during scaffolding construction, causing leakage, power outages, and other accidents.
2. Check the quality of construction materials
A. Quality of steel pipes and fasteners: Check the quality certification documents of construction materials such as steel pipes and fasteners to ensure that they meet relevant standards. It is strictly forbidden to use inferior materials.
B. Safety nets and scaffolding board quality: Check the quality of protective facilities such as safety nets and hand boards to ensure that they can withstand the impact force that may occur during use and prevent people from falling.
3. Determine the qualifications of the construction personnel
A. Work with a certificate: Construction personnel should hold relevant special operation certificates, and it is strictly forbidden to work without a certificate.
B. Safety training: Conduct safety training for construction personnel to improve their safety awareness and ensure that they can comply with safety operating procedures during the construction process.

Second, safety measures during scaffolding construction
1. Wear safety protection equipment correctly.
A. Safety helmet: Wear a safety helmet that meets the standards, ensure that the hat strap is tightened, and protect the head from injury.
B. Safety belt: When working at heights, wear a full-body safety belt and use the safety rope correctly to prevent falling.
C. Protective shoes: Wear non-slip and puncture-proof protective shoes to ensure safety underfoot.
D. Protective gloves: Wear protective gloves as needed to prevent hand injuries.
2. Comply with construction operating procedures
A. Strictly follow the operating procedures for construction, and prohibit illegal operations
B. Before construction, check whether the scaffolding materials, fasteners, etc. meet the requirements, and use inferior materials delicately.
C. Construction should be carried out by design requirements, and no changes are allowed.
D. After construction is completed, inspection and acceptance should be carried out to ensure that it meets the requirements for safe use.

Third, ensure that the construction structure is stable and reliable.
A. The scaffolding foundation should be flat and solid to avoid uneven settlement.
B. The scaffolding should be equipped with scissor braces, diagonal braces, and other reinforcement measures to improve overall stability.
C. Scaffolding uprights, crossbars, and other components should be firmly connected, and fasteners should be tightened.
D. The scaffolding should be regularly inspected and maintained during the trial period to eliminate safety hazards promptly
