Scaffolding requirements

1. For the erection of high-rise scaffolding, all materials used must meet the quality requirements.
2. The foundation of high-rise scaffolding must be firm. It must be calculated before erection to meet the load requirements, and erected according to the construction specifications, and drainage measures should be taken.
3. The technical requirements for scaffolding erection shall comply with relevant regulations.
4. We must attach great importance to various structural measures: scissors braces, tie points, etc. should be set according to requirements.
5. Horizontal closure: start from the first step, every one or two steps, fully pave scaffolding boards or scaffolding fences, the scaffolding boards are laid along the long direction, the joints should be overlapped and placed on the small horizontal bars, and empty boards are strictly prohibited. And lay a long safety bottom fence every four steps between the inner pole and the wall.
6. Vertical closure: From the second step to the fifth step, each step needs to set up 1.00m high protective railings and foot guards or nets on the inner side of the outer row of poles, and fasten the protective poles (nets) to the poles; In the fifth step and above, in addition to setting up protective barriers, all safety fences or safety nets should be set up; along the streets or densely populated areas, safety fences or safety nets should be set up on the outside from the second step.
7. The erection of scaffolding should be 1.5m higher than the top of the building or the operating surface, and an enclosure should be added.

8. The steel pipes, fasteners, scaffolding boards and connection points on the erected scaffold shall not be dismantled at will. When necessary during construction, it must be approved by the person in charge of the construction site, and effective measures must be taken. After the process is completed, it must be resumed immediately.

9. Before the scaffolding is used, it should be inspected and accepted by the person in charge of the construction site. It can be used only after the acceptance is passed and the inspection form is filled out. During the construction process, there should be professional management, inspection and maintenance, and settlement observation should be carried out regularly, and reinforcement measures should be taken in time if abnormalities are found.
10. When dismantling the scaffolding, check the connection with the building first, and clean up the remaining materials and sundries on the scaffolding. From top to bottom, proceed in the order of first installation and then disassembly, and then installation and first disassembly. The materials should be passed down uniformly or hoisted to the ground, and cleared step by step. Stepping dismantling is not allowed, and it is strictly forbidden to throw down or dismantle by pushing (pull) down.
11. When erecting and dismantling scaffolding, a warning area should be set up, and a special person should be sent to warn. In case of strong winds and bad weather above grade six, the erection and dismantling of scaffolding should be stopped.
12. For the requirements of the foundation, if the foundation is uneven, please use the adjustable base feet to achieve balance. The foundation must have the ability to withstand the pressure of scaffolding and work.

13. The staff must wear safety belts during construction and high-altitude work. Please install safety nets around the work area to prevent heavy objects from falling and hurting others.
14. During transportation and storage, the components and accessories of the scaffold are strictly prohibited from being severely dropped or bumped; when lapping and disassembling, it is strictly forbidden to drop them from a high place, and the disassembly should be performed in sequence from top to bottom.
15. Pay attention to safety during use, and it is strictly forbidden to play and play on the shelf to prevent accidents.
