Scaffolding project erection and safety measures

First, the erection of general scaffolding
The external wall scaffolding is erected with double rows of Φ48 scaffolding steel pipes and their matching connecting fasteners. Depending on the different parts, it is erected from the ground and the top of the basement. Before erecting from the top of the basement, the top of the basement must be covered with soil. Before erection, the backfill soil on the ground must be compacted and pads must be laid. The lower part of the roof steel pipe scaffolding must be padded with wooden squares. Each layer of the scaffolding needs to be reinforced with horizontal tie-ties along the height direction. The method is to bury short steel pipes on the outermost frame beams of each layer of the structure, about 20cm above the floor, with a spacing of 3.0m, and then use short pipes to connect the pre-buried steel pipes to the scaffolding. The erection of scaffolding should be erected upwards as the structure is constructed upwards, and it must always be 3.0m higher than the construction surface of the structure (i.e. the height of one floor) to ensure safety during construction. A layer of bamboo strips should be hung on the outer racks of the scaffolding on all four sides of the building, and a layer of colored strips should be hung on the outside of the bamboo strips to ensure the safety of ground construction workers and pedestrians and reduce the adverse effects of construction on the environment. Scaffolding construction sequence: Positioning and laying out the lines Place the sweeping pole Place the vertical pole base Hard support plate Vertical pole and tighten the sweeping pole at the same time Set up the horizontal pole Connect with the wall pull point Set up the scissors support scaffolding acceptance.

Second, the erection of scaffolding in special parts
For scaffolding in special parts, the on-site technical person in charge and the safety officer shall formulate a specific erection plan, which can be implemented after approval by the company. Safety passages must be set up at the entrances and exits of all construction personnel. The erection of safety passages is shown in the attached figure.

Third, safety measures for scaffolding erection
1. The erection and dismantling of scaffolding must be carried out strictly according to the process.
2. Safety facilities such as safety nets, bodyguards, head protection sheds, etc. should be installed in time with the construction.
3. Scaffolding workers must be certified to work, conduct safety briefings before erection, and write a guarantee. When erecting, you must wear a safety helmet, fasten your safety belt, and wear non-slip shoes.
4. Unified command, echoing from top to bottom, and coordinated actions.
5. The scaffolding erection must be inspected at any time, and people can only go up after passing the inspection.
6. Appoint a special person to maintain the scaffolding, and regularly check the stability of the scaffolding tubes and fasteners. All scaffoldings must be inspected for safety after strong winds and heavy rains.
7. After the scaffolding is erected and inspected, no one may dismantle, change, or add components without the written permission of the technical department of the project department. The dismantling of the scaffolding must be done by the erection personnel under the arrangement of the management personnel. When dismantling the scaffolding at a high altitude, attention must be paid to safe construction and no throwing is allowed.
