(1) The height of the floor-standing scaffolding should not exceed 35m. When the height is between 35 and 50m, unloading measures must be taken. When the height is greater than 50m, unloading measures must be taken and the special plan should be demonstrated by experts.
(2) The scaffolding foundation shall be flat, tamped, and concrete hardened. The foundation shall be hardened with 100mm thick C25 concrete, and the base or pad shall be set at the bottom of the pole. The backing board shall be a wooden backing board with a length of not less than 2 spans, a thickness of not less than 50mm, and a width of not less than 200mm.
(3) Vertical and horizontal sweeping poles must be installed on the floor-standing scaffolding, and the vertical sweeping pole should be fixed on the vertical pole immediately below the vertical sweeping pole with direct fasteners. When the vertical pole foundation is not at the same height, the vertical sweeping pole in the high place must be extended to the lower place by two spans and fixed with the pole.
(4) Drainage measures should be taken into consideration for the scaffolding foundation. The elevation of the bottom surface of the scaffolding base should be 50mm higher than that of the outdoor natural floor, and a drainage ditch with a cross-section of no less than 200mm × 200mm should be set on the outside of the pole foundation to ensure that the scaffolding foundation does not accumulate water.
