First, scaffolding performance requirements
1. Should meet the design requirements of bearing capacity
2. No deformation that affects normal use should occur.
3. It should meet the use requirements and have safety protection functions.
4. Scaffolding attached or supported on the engineering structure should not cause damage to the attached engineering structure
Second, scaffolding design construction load
There are two types of construction loads: dead load and live load.
Dead load: including the dead weight of various scaffolding structural members such as vertical poles, large and small cross bars, fasteners, etc.
Live load: the dead weight of scaffolding auxiliary components (scaffolding boards, protective materials), construction loads, and wind loads.
Among them, are construction loads: masonry scaffolding 3KN/㎡ (considering two steps at the same time); decoration scaffolding 2KN/m (considering three steps at the same time); tool scaffolding 1KN/㎡. When designing the scaffolding, if the design load of the scaffolding is lower than the above requirements, the designer of the scaffolding construction plan should make it clear during the safety technical briefing, and a load limit sign should be hung on the frame when in use.
