High-altitude operations, especially scaffolding operations, must strictly abide by safety operating procedures to ensure construction safety. The following are the five major safety points for scaffolding operations, which must be kept in mind!
1. Certification and safety briefing: Operators must hold valid operation certificates and conduct comprehensive safety technical briefings before operations. Scaffolding must be inspected and accepted before use to ensure that it is qualified before use.
2. Material quality: Strictly check the construction materials used in the project to ensure that all materials meet quality standards, and it is strictly forbidden to use unqualified materials.
3. Inspection after weather changes: After strong winds or heavy rains, be sure to conduct a safety inspection of the scaffolding. If foundation settlement or poles are suspended in the air, remedial measures should be taken immediately.
4. Daily inspection of independent scaffolding: Strengthen daily inspections and check the tie supports of independent scaffolding. When abnormal conditions are found, promptly urge rectification. When dismantling scaffolding, non-operating personnel are strictly prohibited from performing any operations.
5. Supervision of large-volume concrete pouring: Focus on supervising and inspecting the large-volume concrete pouring process, assign special personnel to conduct inspections, and report and handle any abnormal situations promptly.
