Scaffolding industrial project erection and safety measures

First, the erection of general scaffolding
The external wall scaffolding of the project is erected with double rows of Φ48 scaffolding steel pipes and their matching connecting fasteners. Depending on the different parts, it is erected from the ground and the top of the basement. Before erecting from the top of the basement, the top of the basement must be covered with soil. Before erection, the backfill soil on the ground must be compacted and pads must be laid. The lower part of the roof steel pipe scaffolding must be padded with wooden squares. Each layer of the scaffolding needs to be reinforced with horizontal tie-ties along the height direction. The method is to bury short steel pipes on the outermost frame beams of each layer of the structure, about 20cm above the floor, with a spacing of 3.0m, and then use short pipes to connect the pre-buried steel pipes to the scaffolding. The erection of scaffolding should be erected upwards with the upward construction of the structure, and it should always be 3.0m higher than the construction surface of the structure to ensure safety during construction.

Second, the erection of scaffolding in special parts
For scaffolding in special parts, the on-site technical person in charge and the safety officer shall formulate a specific erection plan, which can only be implemented after being approved by the company. Safety passages must be set up at the entrances and exits of all construction personnel, and the erection of safety passages.

Third, safety measures for scaffolding erection
1. The erection and dismantling of scaffolding must be carried out strictly according to the construction process.
2. Safety facilities such as safety nets, bodyguards, head protection sheds, etc. are installed in time with the construction.
3. Scaffolding workers must be certified to work, conduct safety briefings before erection, and write a guarantee. Safety helmets, safety belts, and non-slip shoes must be worn during erection.
4. Unified command, echoing from top to bottom, and coordinated actions.
5. Scaffolding erection shall be inspected at any time, and people can only go up after passing the inspection.
6. Appoint a special person to maintain the scaffolding, and regularly check the stability of the scaffolding pipes and fasteners. All scaffoldings must be inspected for safety after heavy winds and rains.
7. After the scaffolding is completed and accepted, no one may dismantle, change, or add components without the written permission of the project department’s technical department. The scaffolding must be dismantled by the erection personnel under the arrangement of the management personnel. When dismantling the scaffolding at a high altitude, attention must be paid to safe construction and it must not be thrown.
