1. Before winter construction, all types of scaffolding used must be strictly and carefully inspected before entering the site to ensure that their configuration is safe and the foundation is solid and reliable. They will not be overly deformed under the winter temperature difference and cause stress concentration. It is strictly forbidden to use uninspected and unknown products.
2. Construction is strictly prohibited when the conditions do not meet the construction conditions such as strong winds and cooling, rain and snow in winter, and personnel are strictly prohibited from entering and leaving the construction site at will; before resuming work after rain and snow, the snow and debris on the scaffolding must be cleaned up in time to reduce the additional load of the scaffolding and avoid accidents of personnel slipping.
3. In windy weather, the connection between the scaffolding and the structure must be strengthened in real time to improve its wind load resistance. When the weather warms up, check whether the scaffolding foundation is stable in time to avoid sinking and tilting the scaffolding due to thawing of the soil layer, which may cause accidents.
