Scaffolding engineering quantity calculation rules

1. The calculation of the scaffolding area is based on its projected area.

2. If the building has high and low spans (floors) and the cornice heights are not in the same standard step, the scaffolding area will be calculated based on the high and low spans (floors) respectively, and the corresponding projects will be applied.

3. For water tank rooms, elevator rooms, stairwells, closed-circuit television rooms, parapets, etc. that protrude from the roof, the corresponding roof cornice height items shall be applied according to the scaffolding set up.

4. For exterior corridors, corridors and balconies attached to buildings with a protruding width of less than 1.5m, use exterior wall frames, and the scaffolding will be calculated as 80% of the interior scaffolding; if the protruding width is more than 1.5m, the scaffolding will be calculated as interior scaffolding. calculate.

5. The circumference of an independent column is increased by 3.6m times the column height and the height of the corresponding project is applied. The column height within 15m is calculated as a single row, and the column height above 15m is calculated as a double row.

6. Scaffolding in masonry shall be calculated based on the vertical projected area of the interior wall, without deducting the area of door and window openings. The building frame of the fence is carried out according to the scaffolding project in the building. The fence scaffolding is calculated by multiplying the height from the natural ground to the top of the fence by the length of the center line of the fence. The area occupied by the fence door is not deducted, but the masonry scaffolding of independent door posts is also not included. Increase. If the fence is built on a slope or the heights of each section are different, the calculation should be based on the vertical projected area of each section of the fence. When the height of the fence exceeds 3.6m, such as double-sided plastering, in addition to calculating the erection work according to regulations, a plastering rack can also be added.

7. For scaffolding throughout the hall, the calculation is based on the actual horizontal projected area, without deducting the area occupied by attached wall columns and columns. The basic floor height shall be between 3.6m and 5.2m. For ceiling plastering and decoration that exceeds 3.6m and is within 5.2m, the basic layer of scaffolding should be calculated. If the floor height exceeds 5.2m, an additional layer will be calculated for each additional 1.2m. The number of additional layers = (floor height – 5.2m )/1.2m is rounded off to an integer. Using scaffolding for interior wall decoration will increase the modification work by 1.28 man-days for every 100m2 of vertical projection area of the surrounding wall.

8. The irrigation transport channel is only applicable to projects that cannot use other scaffolding and must be towered. The width of the top surface of the scaffolding must not be less than 2m to be calculated. When the elevated height is lower than 1.5m, the corresponding items within the elevated height of 3m shall be multiplied by a coefficient of 0.65. The length of the irrigation transport channel, if there is a construction organization design or construction plan, shall be calculated according to the provisions of the construction organization design or construction plan. If there are no regulations, the calculation will be based on the actual length of the installation.

9. Both attached ramps and independent ramps are calculated per seat, and their height is the same as the height of the external scaffolding. The number of attached ramps or independent ramp seats, if there is a construction organization design or construction plan, shall be calculated according to the provisions of the construction organization design or construction plan. If there are no regulations, the calculation will be based on the actual number of seats installed.

10. The safety aisle is calculated based on the actual horizontal projected area (rack width * rack length).

11. Safety fence is calculated based on the actual enclosed vertical projected area. If the actual sealing material used is inconsistent with the standard, no adjustment will be made.

12. The sloped safety fence is calculated based on the actual slope area (length × width).

13. Vertical hanging safety net is calculated based on the actual full vertical projected area.

14. Scaffolding of chimneys and water towers are calculated based on different heights and different diameters, and their diameters are calculated based on the corresponding ±0.000 outer diameter.

15. The inverted cone-shaped water tower and water tank are prefabricated on the ground, and the surrounding scaffolding (including ramps and winch frames) is calculated according to the corresponding individual items. The height is based on the vertical height from the top surface of the water tank to the ground.

16. The steel grid high-altitude assembly support operating platform is calculated based on the horizontal projection area of the grid; the height is based on 15m. If it exceeds or is below 15m, the dosage will be increased or decreased by 1.5m for every increase or decrease.

17. When choosing scaffolding, calculate it in meters according to the tower length and number of floors.

18. Suspended scaffolding shall be calculated in square meters based on the horizontal projected area of the erection.
