2. The opening distance between the cover and the seat should not be less than 49 or 52mm.

3. The scaffolding coupler are not allowed to loosen in the main parts;

4. There should be no more than 3 sand holes larger than 10mm2 on the surface of the coupler. In addition, the cumulative area cannot be greater than 50mm2;

5. The accumulated sand area on the surface of the zipper shall not exceed 150mm2;

6. The height (or depth) of the protrusion (or depression) on the surface of the coupler should not exceed 1mm.

7. There is no oxide skin on the contact parts between the coupler and the steel pipe, and the cumulative oxidation area of ​​other parts does not exceed 150mm2;

8. The rivets used for scaffolding coupler should comply with the provisions of GB867. At the riveted joints, the riveted head should be 1mm larger than the diameter of the rivet hole and should be beautiful and free of cracks;
