1. Scaffolding design should ensure that the frame is a stable structural system and should have sufficient bearing capacity, rigidity, and overall stability.
2. The design and calculation content of the scaffolding should be determined based on factors such as the frame structure, erection location, use function, and load.
Among them, the design and calculation of the formwork support frame should include the following contents:
(1) Calculation of the strength, rigidity, and deflection of the formwork, secondary ribs, and main ribs;
(2) Stable bearing capacity of the uprights;
(3) Bearing capacity of the upright foundation;
(5) Calculation of the compression strength of the top support;
(6) When setting up door openings, calculate the strength and deflection of the door opening conversion beam;
(7) Calculate the anti-overturning capacity of the frame when necessary.
3. When designing the scaffolding structure, the frame structure should be subjected to stress analysis first to clarify the load The load transfer path should be selected, and the most representative and unfavorable rods or components should be selected as calculation units. The selection of calculation units should comply with the following provisions:
(1) The rods and components with the largest force should be selected;
(2) The rods and components at the parts with increased span and step should be selected;
(3) The rods and components at the places where the structure of the frame changes or the weak points such as door openings should be selected;
(4) When there is a concentrated load on the scaffolding, the rods and components with the largest force within the range of the concentrated load should be selected.
