Safety technical standards for scaffolding in construction

First, general provisions for scaffolding
The structure and assembly process of the scaffolding should meet the construction requirements and ensure that the frame is firm and stable.
The connection nodes of the scaffolding rods should meet the strength and rotational stiffness requirements, the frame should be safe during the service life and the nodes should not be loose.
The rods, node connectors, components, etc. used in the scaffolding should be able to be used in combination and should meet various assembly methods and construction requirements.
The vertical and horizontal scissor braces of the scaffolding should be set according to their type, load, structure, and construction. The diagonal rods of the scissor braces should be firmly connected to the adjacent vertical rods; diagonal braces and cross-pull rods can be used instead of scissor braces. The longitudinal cross-pull rods set on the portal steel pipe scaffolding can replace the longitudinal scissor braces.

Second, working scaffolding
The width of the working scaffolding should not be less than 0.8m, and should not be greater than 1.2m. The height of the working layer should not be less than 1.7m, and should not be greater than 2m.
The working scaffolding shall be equipped with wall ties according to the design calculation and construction requirements, and shall comply with the following provisions:
1. The wall ties shall be of a structure that can withstand pressure and tension, and shall be firmly connected to the building structure and the frame;
2. The horizontal spacing of the wall ties shall not exceed 3 spans, the vertical spacing shall not exceed 3 steps, and the cantilever height of the frame above the wall ties shall not exceed 2 steps;
3. Wall ties shall be added at the corners of the frame and the ends of the open-type working scaffolding. The vertical spacing of the wall ties shall not be greater than the building floor height, and shall not be greater than 4.0m

Vertical scissors braces shall be set on the longitudinal outer facade of the working scaffolding, and shall comply with the following provisions:
1. The width of each scissors brace shall be 4 to 6 spans, and shall not be less than 6m, nor greater than 9m; the inclination angle of the scissors brace diagonal rod to the horizontal plane shall be between 45 and 60 degrees;
2. When the erection height is below 24m, it shall be installed at both ends of the frame, corners, and in the middle, at intervals of no more than 15m Each scissors brace is set up and set up continuously from the bottom to top; when the erection height is 24m or above, it should be set up continuously from bottom to top on the entire outer facade;
3. Cantilever scaffolding and attached lifting scaffolding should be set up continuously from bottom to top on the entire outer facade.

Vertical diagonal cross-pull replacing vertical scissors:
When vertical diagonal braces and vertical cross-pull rods are used to replace the vertical scissors braces of the working scaffolding, the following regulations should be met
1. One should be set up at the end and corner of the working scaffolding;
2. When the erection height is below 24m, one should be set up every 5 to 7 spans;
When the erection height is 24m or above, one should be set up every 1 to 3 spans; adjacent vertical diagonal braces should be set up symmetrically in an eight-shaped shape;
3. Each vertical diagonal brace and vertical cross-pull rod should be set up continuously from bottom to top between adjacent longitudinal vertical poles on the outside of the working scaffolding.

Longitudinal and transverse sweeping rods should be installed on the bottom poles of the working scaffolding.
The bottom of the cantilever scaffolding pole should be reliably connected to the cantilever support structure; a longitudinal sweeping rod should be installed at the bottom of the pole, and horizontal scissor braces or horizontal diagonal braces should be installed intermittently.

The attached lifting scaffolding shall comply with the following provisions:
1. The vertical main frame and horizontal supporting trusses shall adopt a truss or rigid frame structure, and the rods shall be connected by welding or bolts;
2. Anti-tilting, anti-falling, overload, loss of cutting, and synchronous lifting control devices shall be installed, and all kinds of devices shall be sensitive and reliable;
3 A wall-attached support shall be set on each floor covered by the vertical main frame;
Each wall-attached support shall be able to bear the full load of the machine position; when in use, the vertical main frame shall be reliably fixed to the wall-attached support;
4 When electric lifting equipment is used, the continuous lifting distance of the electric lifting equipment shall be greater than one-floor height, and it shall have reliable braking and positioning functions;
5 The anti-falling device and the attachment and fixing of the lifting equipment shall be set separately and shall not be fixed on the same attachment support.
