Safety steps and use of mobile scaffoldings

First, mobile scaffolding construction
1. Check all components of the mobile scaffolding for quality problems;
2. Before setting up, make sure that the ground can provide sufficient stability and solid support;
3. The overall maximum load-bearing capacity of each set of scaffolding is 750KG, and the maximum load-bearing capacity of a single platform plate is 250KG;
4. During construction and use, you can only climb from the inside of the scaffolding;
5. Boxes or other elevated objects of any material shall not be used on the platform to increase the working height.

Second, when building mobile scaffolding
1. When building a mobile scaffold, strong and reliable materials should be used to lift the scaffold components, such as special lifting brackets, thick ropes, etc., and safety belts should be used;
2. According to specifications, external supports or counterweights must be used when erecting non-standard or large-scale mobile scaffolding;
3. Use counterweights at the bottom to prevent large mobile scaffolds from tipping;
4. The use of external supports should refer to construction standards;
5. When using external supports, refer to the actual load-bearing capacity of the mobile scaffolding. The counterweights should be made of solid materials and can be placed on the overloaded support legs. The counterweights must be placed safely to prevent accidental removal.

Third, when moving the mobile scaffolding
1. Scaffolding can only rely on manpower to push the bottom layer of the entire shelf to move horizontally;
2. When moving, pay attention to the surrounding environment to prevent collisions;
3. When moving the scaffolding, no people or other features are allowed on the scaffolding to prevent people from falling or being injured by falling objects;
4. When moving scaffolding on uneven ground or slopes, be sure to pay attention to the rotation direction of the caster lock;
5. When supporting outside the wall, the external support can only be far enough away from the ground to avoid obstacles. When moving, the height of the scaffold should not exceed 2.5 times the minimum bottom size.

Note: When using mobile scaffolding outdoors, if the wind speed is greater than Level 4 on that day, the construction should be stopped immediately.
