Safety management requirements for scaffolding operations

Operator management requirements: Scaffolding operators must hold special work operation certificates to ensure safety.
Safety special construction plan: Scaffolding is a highly dangerous project, and a safety special construction plan must be prepared. For projects with a height exceeding a certain scale, experts should be organized to demonstrate the plan.
Safety belt use: Safety belts must be hung high and used low to ensure safety.

First, scaffolding material requirements
Steel pipe material: Use medium 48.3mmx3.6mm steel pipes, the maximum mass of each should not be greater than 25.8kg, and anti-rust paint must be applied before use.
Fastener standards: Fasteners must comply with national standards and the surface must be treated with anti-rust.

Second, safety net requirements
Safety net: Dense mesh nets and horizontal safety nets should comply with relevant standards. The density of dense mesh safety nets shall not be less than 2000 mesh/100cm².
Testing equipment: Use a torque wrench for testing.

Third, basic requirements for erecting ground-type scaffolding
Erection of poles: When erecting poles, a guy should be set up every 6 spans, and it can only be removed after the wall connection is installed stably. The inclination angle between the guy and the ground should be between 45° and 60°, and the distance to the main node should not exceed 300mm.
Erection of sweeping rods: The scaffolding must be equipped with longitudinal and transverse sweeping rods. The longitudinal sweeping rod should be fixed to the pole no more than 200mm from the bottom of the steel pipe with a right-angle fastener. The transverse sweeping rod should be fixed to the pole close to the bottom of the longitudinal sweeping rod with a right-angle fastener.
