Safety knowledge of scaffolding erection

1. The scaffolding used for erecting multi-story and high-rise buildings should be prepared for special construction technical plans; floor-standing steel pipe scaffolding, cantilevered scaffolding, portal scaffolding, hanging scaffolding, attached lifting scaffolding, hanging baskets with a height of more than 50m Scaffolding, etc. should also be specially designed and calculated (calculation of bearing capacity, strength, stability, etc.).
2. Operators who erect and dismantle scaffolding must undergo special training and be certified.
3. The scaffolding materials, construction fasteners and shaped components should meet the quality standards set by the country. It should be checked and accepted before use. Those that do not meet the requirements are not allowed to be used.
4. The scaffolding structure must be erected in accordance with national standards and design requirements. Set up scissor bracing and tie with the building as required to maintain the allowable verticality of the frame and its overall stability; and tie up protective railings, standing nets, and pocket nets as required. The slabs are laid tightly and are not allowed. There are probe plates and gap plates.
5. Scaffold erection should be inspected and accepted in sections to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements. During construction, inspections should be organized regularly and irregularly (especially after strong wind, rain and snow), and scaffolding management systems should be strictly established.
6. Attached lifting scaffolding must be inspected by a special inspection department after the installation is completed and passed the initial inspection, and the use certificate is issued before it can be used.
7. Attached lifting scaffolding must have safe and reliable lifting equipment and safety devices such as anti-falling, anti-outward and synchronous early warning monitoring. The vertical supporting main frame and horizontal supporting frame of its section steel structure must be welded or bolted, and buckles must not be used. The piece is connected with the steel pipe. When lifting the frame, it is necessary to conduct unified command and strengthen inspections to prevent collision, resistance, impact, and tilt of the frame. If there is a danger, shut down immediately for investigation.
8. Floor-standing steel pipe scaffolds should be erected in double rows, the joint sections of the vertical poles are staggered by one step, the roots are placed on the long pad or support, and the sweeping poles are tied as required. The ground supporting the pole should be flat and compacted to prevent the pole from hanging in the air due to the sinking of the foundation.
9. The cantilever beams at the bottom of the cantilevered scaffolding should be made of section steel, and the cantilever beams should be firmly fixed and supported on the beam surface or floor with an embedded snap ring with a strength that meets the requirements. According to the height of the erected frame, the inclined beam should be used as required Pull the wire rope as part of the unloading device.
10. The gondola scaffold should use a fixed frame type gondola stand. The gondola components should be made of section steel or other suitable metal structural materials, and its structure should have sufficient strength and rigidity; the lifting gondola should use a controlled lifting brake device Qualified lifting equipment with anti-overturning device; all operators must be trained and certified to work.
11. The overhanging material transfer platform used in construction should be designed and calculated. The platform must not be attached to the scaffolding to force the frame body, and must be set up independently; the hanging cable-stayed wire ropes on both sides of the platform should be tied to the building for tension; the platform load should be strictly limited.
12. All lifting equipment and concrete delivery pump pipes shall be effectively isolated from the scaffold and vibration-proof measures in use to prevent the scaffold from being unstable due to vibration and impact.
13. Dismantling scaffolding should formulate and explain safety measures. The connecting wall poles should not be dismantled first. They should be dismantled layer by layer from top to bottom in order. The scaffolding site should be set up with a warning zone.
