Safe erection of scaffolding

1. Requirements for erection of support rod-type cantilevered scaffolding
The erection of support rod-type cantilever scaffolding needs to control the operating load and the erection must be firm. When erecting, you should first set up the inner shelf so that the crossbar extends out of the wall, then prop up the diagonal bar and connect it firmly with the protruding crossbar, and then set up the overhanging part, lay the scaffolding boards, and set up railings and toeboards around the perimeter. A safety net is set up below to ensure safety.
2. Settings of wall-connecting parts
According to the axis size of the building, one is installed every 3 spans (6m) in the horizontal direction. One should be set up every 3 to 4 meters in the vertical direction, and each point should be staggered to form a plum blossom-like arrangement. The installation method of wall-mounted components is the same as that of floor-standing scaffolding.
3. Vertical control
When erecting, the verticality of the segmented scaffolding must be strictly controlled. The verticality allowed deviation is:
4. Scaffolding board laying
The bottom layer of the scaffolding board should be covered with thick wooden scaffolding boards, and the upper layers can be covered with perforated lightweight scaffolding boards stamped from thin steel plates.
5. Safety protection facilities
Guardrails and toe-stops should be installed at each level of the scaffolding.
The outside and bottom of the scaffolding should be closed with dense mesh safety nets, and necessary passages should be maintained between the scaffolding and the building.
The connection between the cantilever-type scaffolding pole and the cantilever beam (or longitudinal beam).
A 150~200mm long steel pipe should be welded to the overhang beam (or longitudinal beam). Its outer diameter is 1.0~1.5mm smaller than the inner diameter of the scaffolding pole. It should be connected with fasteners. At the same time, 1~2 sweeping poles should be installed at the bottom of the pole to Make sure the shelf is stable.
6. Connection between cantilever beam and wall structure
Iron parts should be buried in advance or holes should be left to ensure reliable connections. Holes should not be dug casually to damage the wall.
7. Inclined rod (rope)
The diagonal tie rod (rope) should be equipped with a tightening device so that the tie rod can bear the load after tightening.
8. Steel bracket
Steel bracket welding should ensure that the weld height and quality meet the requirements.
