Requirements for erecting cantilever scaffolding

1. The bottom of the cantilever scaffolding should be equipped with vertical and horizontal sweeping rods according to the specifications. Steel bars should be welded on the upper surface of the cantilever steel beam as the vertical rod positioning point. The positioning point should not be less than 100mm from the end of the cantilever steel beam;
2. Lay wooden beams along the length of the scaffolding above the horizontal sweeping rods and cover them with formwork for protection;
3. A 200mm high skirting board should be set on the inside of the vertical rod at the bottom of the scaffolding. The bottom should be fully enclosed with hard materials and painted with a protective color;
4. When the anchor position of the steel section is set on the floor slab, the thickness of the floor slab should not be less than 120mm. If the thickness of the floor slab is less than 120mm, reinforcement measures should be taken;
5. The spacing of the cantilever steel beams should be set according to the vertical distance of the vertical rods of the cantilever frame, and one beam should be set for each vertical distance;
6. The scissor braces on the facade of the cantilever frame should be set continuously from bottom to top;
7. The requirements for the installation of scissor braces, horizontal diagonal braces, wall ties, horizontal protection, and rods of cantilever scaffolding are the same as those of ground-type scaffolding;
8. The anchoring end should be fully enclosed with hard materials.
