Mobile scaffolding is also called gantry scaffolding. It is a movable scaffold with strong bearing capacity, simple disassembly and installation, and high safety performance.
1. The technical personnel shall make technical and safety clarifications to the scaffold erection and on-site management personnel. Those who have not participated in the clarification shall not participate in the erection work; the scaffold erector shall be familiar with the design content of the scaffold.
2. Inventory, check, and accept the quality and quantity of steel pipes, fasteners, scaffolds, ladders, safety nets and other materials to ensure that they meet the design requirements. Unqualified components and parts shall not be used, and they shall not be erected when the materials are uneven. Different materials , Different specifications of materials, components and parts shall not be used on the same scaffolding.
3. Remove debris from the erection site. When erecting under a high slope, check the stability of the slope first, deal with the dangerous rocks on the slope, and set up special personnel to guard.
4. According to the erection height of the scaffold and the foundation situation of the erection site, the scaffold foundation shall be treated, and after the qualification is confirmed, the line shall be laid out and positioned according to the design requirements.
5. The physical condition of the personnel involved in scaffolding erection and on-site management should be confirmed. Anyone who is not suitable for high-altitude operations shall not engage in scaffold erection and on-site construction management.
