(1) Requirements for internal support step distance: When the erection height is less than 8 meters, the step distance should not be more than 1.5 meters; when the erection height is higher than 8 meters, the step distance should not be more than 1.5 meters.
(2) Requirements for the height of independent high-support formwork: For long strip-shaped independent high-support formwork, the ratio of the total height of the frame to the width of the frame H/B should not be greater than 3.
(3) Requirements for adjustable brackets: The exposed length of the screw rod of the adjustable bracket is strictly prohibited from exceeding 400mm, and the length of the bracket inserted into the vertical pole or double-slot steel support beam shall not be less than 150mm.
(4) Requirements for adjustable base: The exposed length of the adjustable base adjustment screw rod shall not exceed 300mm, and the height of the lowest horizontal rod of the sweeping rod from the ground shall not be greater than 550mm.
(5) Requirements for the continuous erection height of double-row external scaffolding: It should not be greater than 24 meters.
(6) Requirements for the step and span of double-row external scaffolding: the step should be 2m, the vertical distance of the vertical poles should be 1.5m or 1.8m, and should not be greater than 2.1m, and the horizontal distance of the vertical poles should be 0.9m or 1.2m.
(7) Requirements for the arrangement of diagonal braces: within the 24m allowable erection height required by the specification, a vertical diagonal brace should be installed for every 5 spans along the longitudinal direction of the outer side of the frame or a steel pipe scissor brace with fasteners should be installed every 5 spans.
(8) For each horizontal bar layer of the double-row scaffolding, when there is no hook steel scaffolding board to strengthen the horizontal layer rigidity: a horizontal diagonal bar should be installed every 5 spans.
(9) Requirements for wall ties: the distance from the connection point of the wall ties and the frame to the plate buckle node should not be greater than 300mm.
