Pan-and-buckle scaffolding is often used in some bridge projects, mainly to construct bridges and bridge piers. After the construction is completed, one step that must go through is dismantling the scaffolding. Today we will learn about the dismantling method of pan-buckle scaffolding. and precautions.
Generally, according to the actual construction conditions on site, scaffolding dismantling can be divided into two forms:
The first is the dismantling of the straight slope pier and buckle scaffolding. For double-row scaffolding on straight-slope piers, after the steel bars of the pier body are tied, install the round formwork and flat plates of the straight-slope piers and then dismantle the scaffolding from top to bottom. After setting up a ladder for people to go up and down, install the outer truss of the straight slope pier.
The second type is the demolition of the slope pier buckle scaffolding. For double-row scaffolding on slope piers, after the steel bars of the pier body are tied, the slope pier formwork is installed, and the scaffolding is dismantled after the construction of the pier body is completed and the formwork is removed.
It should be noted that the dismantling of socket-type disc-buckle scaffolding must be carried out by the principle of dismantling after erection and dismantling after erection. It is strictly prohibited to operate up and down at the same time. Before dismantling, the equipment excess materials, and debris on the scaffolding should be cleaned. The operating platform on the top of the pier should be dismantled first and then the scaffolding should be dismantled. For each scaffolding layer, the diagonal tie rods should be dismantled first, then the buckle-type steel ladder, steel platform, and cross bars should be dismantled, and then the vertical poles should be dismantled.
During the erection process of the buckle-type scaffolding, it must be erected according to the prescribed structural plan and size. Its size and plan cannot be changed privately during the process. If the plan must be changed, the signature of a professional responsible person is required.
