Pin-type steel pipe scaffolding and supporting frames are currently the most popular and most effective new scaffolding and supporting frames in my country. The key-type steel tube scaffolding is safe, reliable, stable, and has high bearing capacity; all rods are serialized, standardized, fast to assemble and disassemble, easy to manage, and highly adaptable; in addition to erecting conventional scaffolding and support frames, due to the connection of diagonal tie rods, the pin-type scaffolding can also erect cantilever structures and span-span structures, and can be moved, hoisted and disassembled as a whole.
3.1.1 Technical content
(1) The vertical poles of the pin-type steel pipe scaffolding support frame are welded with connecting disks, keyway connecting seats, or other connectors at certain distances. The cross bars and diagonal tie rods are welded with connecting joints at both ends. By tapping the wedge-shaped latch or The keyway joint locks the joints of the horizontal bar and diagonal tie rod with the connecting plate, keyway connection seat, or connecting piece on the vertical bar.
(2) Pin-type steel pipe scaffolding supports are divided into two categories: φ60 series heavy-duty supports and φ48 series light-duty scaffolds:
1) The vertical poles of the φ60 series heavy-duty support frames are made of φ60×3.2 welded pipes (material Q345); the pole specifications are: 0.5m, 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m, one welded every 0.5m Connecting plate or keyway connection seat; crossbars and diagonal tie rods are made of φ48×2.5 welded pipes, with plugs welded at both ends and equipped with wedge-shaped latches. 2) The vertical poles of the φ48 series light scaffolding are made of φ48×3.2 welded pipes (material Q345); the pole specifications are 0.5m, 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, and 3m, with a connection welded every 0.5m Disk or keyway connection seat; the cross bar is made of φ48×2.5, and the inclined bar is made of φ42×2.5 and φ33×2.3 welded pipes. Plugs are welded at both ends and equipped with wedge-shaped plugs (the keyway-type steel pipe bracket adopts wedge-shaped slot plugs). 3) Keyed steel pipe scaffolding supports are generally used with various auxiliary parts such as adjustable bases, adjustable brackets, and wall supports.
4) Before construction of the pin-type steel pipe scaffolding support frame, relevant calculations should be made and a special safety construction plan should be prepared to ensure the stability and safety of the frame.
The main features of the pin-type steel pipe scaffolding support frame:
1) Safe and reliable. The connecting disk or keyway connection seat on the vertical pole is locked with the plug welded on the horizontal bar or diagonal tie rod, and the joint force transmission is reliable; the connection between the vertical pole and the vertical pole is a coaxial center socket; the axes of each rod intersect at a little. The main stress on the frame is axial compression. Due to the connection of diagonal tie rods, each unit of the frame forms a lattice column, so the bearing capacity is high and instability is unlikely to occur.

All rods are serialized and standardized to facilitate storage, transportation, and stacking.
3) It has strong adaptability. In addition to erecting some conventional frames, due to the connection of diagonal tie rods, the disc-pin scaffolding can also erect cantilever structures, span-span structures, overall movement, overall hoisting, and disassembly frames.
4) Material saving, green, and environmentally friendly. Since low alloy structural steel is used as the main material and the surface is hot-dip galvanized, compared with steel pipe fastener scaffolding and bowl-buckle type steel pipe scaffolding, under the same load conditions, materials can be saved. About 1/3, saving material costs and corresponding transportation costs, assembly and disassembly labor costs, management fees, material loss, and other costs. The product has a long life, is green and environmentally friendly, and has obvious technical and economic benefits.
3.1.2 Technical indicators
(1) The erection size of the pin-type steel pipe scaffolding support frame is determined according to the allowable load of the vertical pole;
(2) The vertical deviation of the scaffolding support frame after installation should be controlled within 1/500;
(3) The exposed side of the base screw shall not be larger than the requirements of relevant standards;
(4) The node bearing capacity should be checked to ensure that the nodes meet the bearing capacity requirements and to ensure structural safety;
(5) Surface treatment: hot dip galvanizing.
3.1.3 Scope of application
(1) φ60 series heavy-duty support frames can be widely used in the construction of cast-in-place cap beams and box girders in highway and railway cross-river bridges, over-the-line bridges, and viaducts, and are used as load-bearing support frames for horizontal formwork.
