Other safety requirements for ground-type scaffolding

1. The installers and dismantlers of the fastener-type steel pipe scaffolding must be professional scaffolders who have passed the assessment, and the scaffolders must be certified before they can take up their posts.
2. The scaffolding erectors must wear safety helmets, safety belts, and non-slip shoes.
3. The quality of the components and erection quality of the scaffolding should be inspected and accepted by the specifications and should be used after being determined to be qualified.
4. It is strictly forbidden to drill holes in the steel pipe.
5. The construction load on the working layer should meet the design requirements and shall not be overloaded; the formwork support, cable wind rope, pumping concrete and mortar delivery pipes, etc. shall not be fixed on the frame; it is strictly forbidden to hang lifting equipment, and it is strictly forbidden to dismantle or move the safety protection facilities on the frame.
6. When there is a strong wind of level 6 or above, dense fog, rain, or snow, the erection and dismantling of the scaffolding should be stopped. Anti-slip measures should be taken for the scaffolding operation after rain or snow, and the snow should be cleared.
7. It is not advisable to erect and dismantle scaffolding at night.
8. The scaffolding board should be laid firmly and tightly, and a double layer of safety net should be used to cover the bottom. The construction layer should be closed with a safety net every 10m.
9. During the use of scaffolding, it is strictly forbidden to remove the following rods: ① longitudinal and transverse horizontal rods at the main nodes, longitudinal and transverse sweeping rods; ② wall connecting parts.
10. When excavating the equipment foundation or pipe trench under the scaffolding foundation during the use of the scaffolding, reinforcement measures must be taken for the scaffolding.
