1. The distance between the vertical poles is generally not more than 2.0m, the horizontal distance between the vertical poles is not more than 1.5m, the wall connection parts are not less than three steps and three spans, the bottom layer of the scaffolding is fully covered with a fixed scaffolding board, the working layer is fully covered with scaffolding boards, and from the working layer downward, a layer of scaffolding boards must be fully covered every 12m
2. Except for the top step of the top layer, the joints of each layer and step must be connected by butt fasteners. The joints of two adjacent vertical poles shall not be set within the same step distance, and the distance between the two separated joints of one vertical pole in the synchronous direction shall not be less than 500mm: the distance from the center of each joint to the main node shall not be greater than 1/3 of the step distance. If the top step vertical pole of the top layer is overlapped, the overlap length shall not be less than 1000mm, and it shall be fixed with no less than 2 rotating fasteners, and the distance from the edge of the end fastener cover plate to the pole end shall not be less than 10mm.
3. A horizontal bar must be set at the main node, connected with a right-angle fastener, and strictly prohibited from being removed. The center distance between the two right-angle fasteners at the main node should not be greater than 150mm. In the double-row scaffolding, the extension length of the horizontal bar at the wall end should not be greater than 500mm.
4. The scaffolding must be equipped with longitudinal and transverse sweeping rods. The longitudinal and transverse sweeping rods should be fixed to the vertical poles at a distance of no more than 200mm from the base epidermis with right-angle fasteners. When the vertical pole foundation is not on the same horizontal plane, the longitudinal sweeping rod at the high position must be extended to the low position by two spans and fixed to the vertical pole, and the height difference should not be greater than 1m. The distance from the vertical pole axis above the slope to the slope should not be less than 500mm.
5. Double-row fastener steel pipe scaffolding with a height of more than 24m must be reliably connected to the building with rigid wall parts. For single-row and double-row scaffolding with a height of less than 24m, it is advisable to use rigid wall ties to reliably connect with the building, or use a wall-attached connection method that uses tie bars and top braces. It is strictly forbidden to use flexible wall ties with only tie bars.
6. Horizontal diagonal braces must be set at both ends of the straight-line and open-type double-row steel pipe fastener scaffolding. For closed scaffolding with a height of more than 24m, in addition to the corners, horizontal diagonal braces should be set every 6 spans in the middle. The horizontal diagonal braces should be arranged continuously in a zigzag shape from the bottom to the top layer at the same interval.
