1. The spacing between poles is generally not greater than 2.0m, the horizontal distance between poles is not greater than 1.5m, the connecting wall parts are not less than three steps and three spans, the bottom layer of the scaffolding is covered with a layer of fixed scaffolding boards, and the working layer is covered with scaffolding boards. From the working layer down, a layer of scaffolding boards must be laid every 12m.
2. Except for the top step on the top floor, the joints of each step on the other floors must be connected by butt fasteners when extending the pole. The joints of two adjacent vertical poles shall not be set within the same step. The staggered distance in the height direction of two joints separated by one vertical pole within the synchronization should not be less than 500mm: the distance from the center of each joint to the main node should not be greater than the step distance. 1/3. If the top step vertical pole is extended by overlapping, the overlap length should not be less than 1000mm and should be fixed with no less than 2 rotating fasteners. The distance from the edge of the end fastener cover plate to the pole end should not be less than 10mm.
3. A transverse horizontal rod must be installed at the central node, fastened with right-angle fasteners, and removal is strictly prohibited. The center distance between two right-angle fasteners at the central node should not be greater than 150mm. In double-row scaffolding, the extension length of the horizontal horizontal rod at the end against the wall should not be greater than 500mm.
4. The scaffolding must be equipped with vertical and horizontal sweeping poles. The vertical and horizontal sweeping poles should be fixed to the vertical poles at a distance of no more than 200mm from the base epithelium using right-angle fasteners. When the foundation of the vertical pole is not on the same horizontal plane, the vertical sweeping pole at the high place must be extended by two spans to the lower place and fixed to the vertical pole. The height difference should not be greater than 1m. The distance from the axis of the pole above the slope to the slope should not be less than 500mm.
5. Double-breasted steel pipe scaffolding with a height of more than 24m must be reliably connected to the building using rigid wall fittings. For single- and double-row scaffolding with a height of less than 24m, tough wall-connecting parts should be used to reliably connect to the building, or wall-attached connections using tie bars and top supports can also be used. It is strictly prohibited to use flexible wall parts with only tie bars.
6. Both ends of the straight-shaped and open-shaped double-row steel pipe fastener scaffolding must be equipped with transverse diagonal braces. For closed scaffolding with a height above 24m, in addition to the transverse diagonal braces that should be set at the corners, one should be set every 6 spans in the middle. The transverse diagonal braces should be arranged continuously in a zigzag pattern from the bottom to the top between the same sections.
