Measures to prevent scaffolding collapse

Scaffolding collapse become the most important problem in industrial building construction. How to measure to prevent scaffolding collapse is an important part of working life. Here are the tips to prevent scaffolding collapse:

1. Establish an effective construction safety management system and quality supervision agency, conduct comprehensive and strict safety supervision on the construction site, and avoid scaffolding collapse accidents caused by vague safety awareness or inadequate safety supervision.

2. Strengthen safety education, cultivate safety awareness, and improve the safety quality of construction personnel, at the same time, scaffolding and other special construction personnel should hold posts, and regular safety training.

3. Purchase steel pipes and fasteners of good quality that meet the national quality standards, and carry out the necessary safety and quality inspection before the materials enter the construction site.

4. Strictly by the “construction fastener type steel pipe scaffold safety technical code” and other specifications for the construction operation, at the same time, the following operation points should be focused during the construction:
1) The working load of the inner and outer scaffolds for structural bearing shall not exceed 2.7kn, and the working load of the inner and outer scaffolds for decoration shall not exceed 2.0kn;
2) The height of the frame shall be rigidly connected with the building every 4m with a transverse space of no more than 6m, the length of the frame shall not be less than 0.5m, and the corner couplers shall not be less than 2. Scissor struts shall be set at both ends of the construction, at the turning point, and in the middle. The included Angle with the ground shall be 45° to 60°, and the scissor struts shall not be more than 15m;
3) Scaffolding for construction and decoration shall be steel tubes with an outer diameter of 48-51mm and a wall thickness of 3-3.5mm without serious corrosion, bending, flattening, or cracking;
4) When the shelves are installed, the base shall be set, and horizontal and vertical sweeping rods shall be added, 20cm from the ground. Meanwhile, the spacing of vertical rods shall not be more than 1.5m. The spacing of vertical-horizontal bars (large horizontal bars) shall not be more than 1.2m, and the spacing of horizontal bars (small horizontal bars) shall not be more than 1m.
5) It is appropriate to use a double-row scaffold for construction, and the inside of the double-row scaffold and the external wall of the structure can not be protected between the footplate, should be less than 20cm away from the wall, can not have a gap and probe plate, flying gangplank, at the same time should be set in the operating surface outside 1 protective railing and 1 18cm high footplate;
6) The scaffold foundation should level off solid, and with drainage measures, to ensure that no subsidence, and no water, at the same time the frame must be supported on the base (support) or through the long footboard, to meet the requirements of the frame.
