1) Correct the verticality and horizontal deviation of the rod with the lap, and at the same time properly tighten the fastener. The tightening torque of the fastener bolt should be between 40 and 50N·m, and the maximum cannot exceed 65N·m. The butt fasteners connecting the vertical poles must be cross-paired; the butt fasteners connecting the large horizontal bars, the opening should be facing the inside of the shelf, and the bolt head should be upwards to prevent rainwater from entering.
2) Position according to the spacing and row spacing requirements of scaffold design.
3) The scaffolding board must be laid smoothly and must not be suspended in the air.
