Master the five steps of installing the disc-type scaffolding

Second, the installation steps of the disc-type scaffolding
1. Adjustable base: After laying out the lines according to the size of the bracket configuration diagram, arrange the adjustable base to the fixed point.
2. Standard seat: Place the vertical rod sleeve of the standard seat upward above the adjustable seat, and the lower edge of the standard seat should be completely placed in the groove of the wrench force surface.
3. Layered horizontal rods: put the horizontal rod head into the round hole position, so that the front end of the horizontal rod head is close to the round tube of the vertical rod, and then use bolts to penetrate the hole and knock it fixed.
4. Vertical rods: insert the long end of the vertical rod into the sleeve of the standard base. Check the position of the inspection hole to see if the vertical rod is inserted into the bottom of the sleeve. Please note that the vertical rod is only used for the second-floor building, and the vertical rod is used from the second floor.
5. Layer diagonal tie rods: assemble all diagonal tie rods clockwise or counterclockwise. Put the diagonal tie rod into the large hole position of the valve disc, so that the front end of the diagonal tie rod head is against the round tube of the vertical rod, and then use bolts to knock the fixing bolts into the large hole. Note: The diagonal horizontal tie rod is directional and cannot be built in reverse.
