Key points of the industrial scaffolding safety inspection

When erecting scaffolding, it is crucial to ensure safety. The following are the safety inspections that need to be carried out at different stages. Only after passing the inspection and confirmation of qualification can it continue to be used:

1. After the foundation is completed, before the scaffolding is erected: check whether the foundation is stable and free of debris to ensure the safety of the starting point of the scaffolding.
2. After the horizontal bar of the first floor is erected: confirm whether the horizontal bar is installed correctly and not loose to ensure the overall stability of the scaffolding.
3. Each floor height is erected: After each floor height is completed, check the verticality and connection points of the scaffolding to ensure that there are no defects.
4. After the cantilever scaffolding cantilever structure is erected and fixed: check whether the cantilever structure is firmly fixed and has no deformation to ensure the stability of the cantilever part.
5. Erect the supporting scaffolding, every 2~4 steps or no more than 6m in height: check whether the erection of the supporting scaffolding is standardized and without omissions to ensure the reliability of the supporting part.

Through inspections at these stages, safety hazards during the use of scaffolding can be effectively prevented and construction safety can be ensured.
