Items of construction scaffold acceptance B

6. Scaffold

1) When scaffolding is completed on the construction site, the scaffold board must be fully paid and the scaffold board must be connected correctly. The scaffold board should be overlapped in a staggered manner at the corner of the frame and must be fastened firmly. The unevenness shall be fixed with wooden blocks.

2) The scaffold board of the working layer should be paved, covered tightly, and tightly bound. The probe length of the scaffold board at the end of 120-150mm away from the wall should not be greater than 200mm. The spacing of the horizontal rods should be set up according to the use of the scaffold. The laying of butt joints can also be used to lap joints.

3) When using scaffold boards, both ends of the horizontal rods of the double-row scaffold should be fixed on the vertical-horizontal rods with right-angle fasteners.

4) One end of the horizontal rod of the single-row scaffold should be fixed on the vertical rod with right-angle fasteners, and the other end should be inserted into the wall, and the insertion length should not be less than 18cm.

5) The scaffolding board of the working layer should be fully and stably laid, 12cm15cm away from the wall.

6) When the length of the scaffold board is less than 2m, two horizontal rods can be used for support, but the two ends of the scaffold board should be aligned and reliably fixed to prevent tipping. The three kinds of scaffold boards can be laid by butt jointing or lap jointing. When the scaffold boards are laid flat, two horizontal rods must be installed at the joints. The outer extension of the scaffold board should be 130150mm, and the sum of the outer extensions of the two scaffold boards should not be greater than 300mm; when the scaffold boards are laid together, the joints It must be supported on a horizontal rod, the lap length should be greater than 200mm, and the length of its protruding horizontal rod should not be less than 100mm.

7. Wall pieces

1) There are two types of connecting wall fittings: rigid connecting wall fittings and flexible connecting wall fittings. Rigid connecting wall fittings should be adopted at the construction site. Scaffolds with a height of less than 24m need 3 steps and 3 spans to install wall fittings, and scaffolds with a height between 24m and 50m need 2 steps and 3 spans to install wall fittings.

2) The connecting wall pieces should be installed from the first longitudinal horizontal rod at the bottom of the scaffold body.

3) The connecting wall should be set close to the main node, and the distance from the main node should not be greater than 300mm.

4) Connecting wall fittings should be arranged in diamond shape first, but also square or spaced arrangement.

5) The two ends of the scaffold must be equipped with connecting wall pieces, and the vertical distance between the connecting wall pieces should not be greater than the floor height of the building, and should not be greater than 4m (two steps).

6) For single and double-row scaffolds with a body height of less than 24m, rigid wall fittings should be used to reliably connect to the building, and attached wall connections using scaffold pipes, bracing and top bracing can also be used and set at both ends Anti-slip measures. It is strictly forbidden to use flexible connecting wall parts with only bracing.

7) The single and double-row scaffolds with the height of the scaffolding body above 24m must be reliably connected to the building with rigid wall fittings.

8) The connecting wall rods or tie bars in the connecting wall parts should be installed horizontally. When they cannot be installed horizontally, the end that should be connected to the scaffolding should be connected downwardly and reliably.

9) The connecting wall parts must adopt a structure that can withstand tension and pressure.

10) When the lower part of the scaffold can not be installed with wall parts temporarily, throw support can be installed. Throwing support should be reliably connected with the scaffold through long rods, and the inclination angle with the ground should be between 45 and 60 degrees; the distance from the center of the connection point to the main node should not be greater than 300mm. The throw-away support should be removed separately after erecting the connecting wall.

11) When the height of the scaffold body is above 40m and there is a wind vortex effect, the connecting wall measures to resist the effect of ascending and turning current should be taken.

8. Scissors

1) Double-row scaffolding with a height of 24m and above should be continuously provided with scaffolding on the outer full facade; double-row scaffolding with a height of less than 24m; must be on the outer sides, corners, and the middle of the elevation not exceeding 15m, Design a pair of scissor supports for each, and should be set continuously from bottom to top.

2) The scissor support diagonal bar should be fixed on the extended end or vertical pole of the horizontal bar that intersects with the rotating fastener. The distance from the centerline of the rotating fastener to the main node should not be greater than 150mm.

3) Both ends of the open-type double-row scaffold must be provided with horizontal diagonal bracing.

9. Up and down measures

1) There are two types of scaffolding up and down measures: erecting ladders and erecting “Zhi”-shaped trails or oblique trails.

2) The ladder hanging must be set continuously and vertically from low to high, and it must be fixed once every vertical about 3m, and the top hook shall be tied firmly with 8# lead wire.

3) The upper and lower trails must be erected together with the height of the scaffolding. The width of the pedestrian trail should not be less than 1m, the slope is 1:3, the width of the material transport trail should not be less than 1.5m, and the slope is 1:6. The distance between the anti-slip strips is 200~300mm, and the height of the anti-slip strips is about 20-30mm.

10. Frame body fall prevention measures

1) If the construction scaffold needs to be hung with a safety net, the inspection safety net must be flat, firm, and complete.

2) A dense mesh net must be provided on the outside of the construction scaffolding, which must be flat and complete.

3) fall prevention measures should be installed every 10m of the vertical height of the scaffold, and dense mesh nets should be installed on the outside of the scaffold in time. The inner safety net must be tightened when laying, and the safety net fixing rope must surround the lashing and secure place.
