How to set up industrial scaffolding

Taking the portal scaffolding as an example, the order of setting up the portal scaffolding is: placing the base → installing the first step frame on the base → installing the shear brace → laying the footboard (or parallel frame) and inserting the core → installing the next step of the portal frame → installing the locking arm.

The connection of portal scaffolding at the corner of the building can be connected as a whole by short steel pipes and fasteners. The connecting short steel pipe should be set at the top of each step of the portal frame and one from the top to facilitate the laying of the scaffolding board and increase the rigidity of the corner position.

The connection between the portal scaffolding and the corner of the building adopts a joint rod to ensure the overall stability of the scaffolding. The spacing of the joint rods is not more than 4m per floor in the vertical direction, and a joint point is set every 4m span in the horizontal direction. The pressure points of the diagonal rods with safety diagonal baffles should be appropriately increased.

For the entrances and exits of buildings, the holes where construction equipment is attached to the wall, and the center of the vertical fracture, the method of first erecting the part, then dismantling the part, and then reinforcing it with steel pipes can be adopted, and the two corners on the top of the hole should be reinforced with inclined steel pipes.

When the height of the portal scaffolding exceeds 50m at a time, it is advisable to erect the scaffolding on the steel beam and a corresponding construction plan should be specially formulated.

Use materials that meet the standards, design according to the standards, facilitate on-site construction, and have considerable economy; focus on the bearing capacity, rigidity, and stability of the scaffolding. Under the above conditions, consider the turnover and durability of the scaffolding as much as possible.

Before removing the scaffolding, product protection measures should be taken on the surface of the building, the debris and garbage on the scaffolding should be cleared, and a detailed scaffolding removal plan should be prepared, and safety technical explanations should be given to relevant personnel. Prepare the warning range and relevant risk signs.
