How to maintain the disc-type scaffolding commonly used in industrial projects for a longer service life

In order to extend the service life of the disc-type scaffolding, maintenance and upkeep are very critical. ‌ The following are some effective maintenance methods:‌

1. Establish and improve the system for the use, recovery, self-inspection, and maintenance of the disc-type scaffolding, and implement a quota acquisition or rental system based on the standards of who uses, maintains, and manages the scaffolding tools, and assign responsibilities to people.

2. Tool scaffolding (such as door-type frames, bridge frames, hanging baskets, and receiving platforms) must be maintained in time after dismantling and stored in matching sets.

3. The scaffolding in use (including structural parts) should be returned to the warehouse in time and stored in categories. When stacked in the open air, the site should be flat, well-drained, and covered with support pads and tarpaulins. Spare parts and accessories should be stored indoors.

4. The fasteners, nuts, pads, latches, and other small accessories used in the buckle scaffolding are very easy to lose. The excess objects should be recycled and stored in time when supporting, and should be inspected and accepted in time when dismantling, and should not be placed randomly.

5. The components of the buckle scaffolding should be rust-proofed and rust-proofed. Each wet area (more than 75%) should be painted with anti-rust paint once a year, generally twice a year. The fasteners of the buckle scaffolding should be oiled, and the bolts should be galvanized for rust prevention. If there is no galvanizing condition, clean it with kerosene after each coating and apply anti-rust oil.

Through the above maintenance measures, the service life of the buckle scaffolding can be effectively extended, and its safety and durability can be improved. ‌
