The scaffolding has good stress-bearing performance. After the scaffolding is erected, it has a beautiful appearance and has become a beautiful landscape in cities with extremely strict requirements for civilized construction. Fasteners must be used reasonably during the erection of the frame. Fasteners must not be substituted or misused. Fasteners with slipped threads or cracks must not be used in the frame. Everyone knows that no matter what you do, there must be a sequence. Of course, scaffolding erection must also be carried out by strict erection specifications.
Scaffolding erection specifications:
1. When using scaffolding to erect double-row external scaffolding, the height shall not exceed 24m. If it exceeds 24m, additional design calculations must be performed. Users can choose the geometric dimensions of the frame according to their use requirements. The step distance between adjacent horizontal bars should be 2m, the vertical distance between vertical bars should be 1.5m or 1.8m, and should not be greater than 2.1m, and the horizontal distance between vertical bars should be 0.9m or 1.2m.
2. Vertical poles: adjustable bases should be provided at the bottom of the vertical poles. Vertical poles of different lengths should be arranged in a staggered manner on the first floor, and the vertical distance between the vertical poles should be greater than or equal to 500mm.
3. Diagonal rods or scissor braces: a vertical diagonal rod should be set for every 5 steps along the longitudinal direction of the outer side of the frame, or a fastener steel pipe scissor brace should be set for every 5 steps, and a vertical diagonal rod should be set for each layer in the horizontal direction of the end span.
4. Wall connection: the setting of the wall connection should meet the following requirements: the wall connection must be a rigid rod that can withstand tensile and compressive loads, the wall connection should be kept vertical to the scaffolding and the wall, the wall connections on the same layer should be on the same plane, the horizontal spacing should not be greater than 3 spans, and the distance from the outer side of the main structure should be less than or equal to 300mm.
