First, material requirements
1. Steel pipes should be ordinary steel pipes specified in the current national standard “Straight Seam Electric Welded Steel Pipe” GB/T13793 or “Welded Steel Pipe for Low-Pressure Fluid Transportation” GB/T3091, and their materials should comply with the following provisions:
(1) The material of horizontal and diagonal steel pipes should comply with the provisions of Q235 grade steel in the current national standard “Carbon Structural Steel” GB/T700;
(2) When the cup-hook node spacing is set at a 0.6m module, the material of the vertical steel pipe should comply with the provisions of Q235 grade steel in the current national standard “Carbon Structural Steel” GB/T700:
(3) When the cup-hook node spacing is set at a 0.5m module, the material of the vertical steel pipe should comply with the provisions of Q345 grade steel in the current national standard “Carbon Structural Steel” GB/T700 and “Low-Alloy High-Strength Structural Steel” GB/T1591.
2. When the upper bowl buckle is made of carbon cast steel or forgeable cast iron, its material should comply with the provisions of ZG270-500 in the current national standard “Casting Carbon Steel Parts for General Engineering” GB/T11352 and KTH350-10 in “Forgeable Cast Iron Parts” GB/T9440; when forging is adopted, its material should not be lower than the provisions of Q235 grade steel in the current national standard “Structural Steel” GB/T700
3. When the lower bowl buckle is made of carbon cast steel, its material should comply with the provisions of ZG270-500 in the current national standard “Casting Carbon Steel Parts for General Engineering” GB/T11352. When the horizontal rod joint and the diagonal rod joint are made of carbon cast steel, their material should comply with the provisions of ZG270-500 in the current national standard “Casting Carbon Steel Parts for General Engineering” GB/T11352. When the horizontal rod joint is forged, its material shall not be lower than the current national standard “Carbon Structural Steel” GB/T700 Q235 grade steel.
4. The upper cup buckle and the horizontal rod joint shall not be formed by steel plate mid-pressure forming. When the lower cup buckle is formed by a steel plate mid-pressure forming, its material shall not be lower than the current national standard “Carbon Structural Steel” GB/T700 Q235 grade steel. The plate thickness shall not be less than 4mm and shall be aged at 600C-650℃℃: It is strictly forbidden to use waste steel plates.
Second, material allowable deviation
1. The steel pipe should adopt a nominal size of 48.3mmX For a 3.5mm steel pipe, the outer diameter tolerance should be ±0.5mm, and the wall thickness tolerance should not be negative.
2. When the outer sleeve is used for the extension of the vertical pole, the wall thickness of the outer sleeve should not be less than 3.5mm; when the inner sleeve is used, the wall thickness of the inner sleeve should not be less than 3.0mm, the sleeve length should not be less than 160mm, the welding end insertion length should not be less than 60mm, the extension length should not be less than 110mm, and the gap between the sleeve and the vertical pole steel pipe should not be greater than 2mm;
3. The bending degree of the steel pipe is allowed The allowable deviation should be 2mm/m:
4. The allowable deviation of the spacing between the bowl buckle nodes of the vertical pole should be +1.0m;
5. The allowable deviation of the verticality between the arc axis of the horizontal pole curved plate joint and the horizontal pole axis should be 1.0mm;
6. The allowable deviation of the verticality between the lower buckle bowl plane and the vertical pole axis should be 1.0mm;
7. Welding should be carried out on special tooling, and welding should comply with the provisions of the third-level weld in the current national standard “Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering” GB50205;

9. After each installation and removal period of the components, they should be inspected, classified, maintained, and serviced in time, and unqualified products should be scrapped in time.
10. The components should have good interchangeability, should be able to meet the requirements of the frame under various construction conditions, and should comply with the following regulations:
(1) The upper cup buckle of the vertical pole should be able to move up and down and rotate flexibly without any jamming;
(2) The connection hole between the vertical pole and the vertical village should be able to insert a 10mm connecting pin:
(3) When installing 1 to 4 horizontal rods on the cup buckle node, the upper cup buckle should be able to tighten:
(4) When the tower is equipped with an integral scaffolding of not less than two steps and two spans of 1.8mx1.8mx1.2m (step distance x vertical distance x horizontal distance), the straightness compensation difference of the vertical sweat in each frame shall be less than
5mm.
11. The quality of the adjustable support and adjustable base shall comply with the following regulations:
(1) The thickness of the adjusting nut shall not be less than 30mm;
(2) The outer diameter of the screw shall not be less than 38mm, the wall thickness of the hollow screw shall not be less than 5mm, and the screw diameter and pitch shall comply with the current national standards “Trapezoidal Thread Part 2: Diameter and Pitch Series” GB/T5796.2 and “Trapezoidal Thread Part 3: Basic Dimensions” GB/T5796.3:
(3) The engagement length between the rod and the adjusting nut shall not be less than 5 turns;
(4) The thickness of the adjustable U-shaped support plate shall not be less than 5mm, the bending deformation shall not be greater than 1mm, and the thickness of the adjustable base plate shall not be less than 6mm; the screw and support plate Or the pad should be welded firmly, the size of the weld leg should not be less than the thickness of the steel plate, and a stiffening plate should be set.
12. The ultimate bearing capacity performance indicators of the main components should meet the following requirements: the tensile bearing capacity of the upper bowl buckle along the horizontal bar direction should not be less than 30kN; the shear bearing capacity of the lower bowl buckle along the vertical bar direction after assembly welding should not be less than 60kN; the shear bearing capacity of the horizontal bar joint along the horizontal bar direction should not be less than 50kN; the shear bearing capacity of the horizontal bar joint should not be less than 25kN; the compressive bearing capacity of the adjustable bottom rate should not be less than 100KN; the compressive bearing capacity of the adjustable support should not be less than 100kN.
