1. Pole erection
The distance between the poles is about 1.50m. Due to the shape and use of the building, the distance between the poles can be adjusted slightly, and the distance between the poles is 1.50m. The net distance between the inner row of vertical poles and the wall is 0.40m, and the net distance between the outer row of vertical poles and the wall is 1.90m. The joints of adjacent vertical poles should be staggered by 2-3m and must be connected by in-line fasteners. Do not use cross fasteners to connect to the large crossbar or overlap with shaft fasteners. The vertical poles must be vertical, and the allowable deviation is 1/200 vertical poles. high. The connection line between the two poles in the inner row and the outer row should be perpendicular to the wall. When the scaffold is erected on the top of the building, the inner row of poles should be 40-50cm lower than the building cornice, and the outer row of poles should be 1-1.5m higher than the building cornice. Two guardrails should be erected and a dense mesh safety net should be hung.
2. Large crossbar erection
The vertical and horizontal directions of the scaffolding must each be provided with a sweeping pole. The step distance between the large horizontal poles in this project is 1.5m, which can meet the needs of floor operation but should not exceed 1.5m. The large horizontal bar must be connected horizontally, using a one-word cartoon long connection, and not using a shaft card connection. The synchronous inner row joints and the upper and lower step joints in the same row need to be staggered by vertical pole spacing. The crossbar should be used for the edge connection between the large horizontal bar and the vertical bar.
3. The erection of small cross bars: the spacing of small cross bars is about 1.50m with the distance between vertical bars, the end against the wall is 30 cm away from the structural wall, and the outer end protrudes 5 cm outside the vertical bars. shall not be greater than 3.0m. After fixing the small horizontal bar and the vertical bar, use the cross card instead of the rotating shaft. The small crossbar should be pressed on top of the large crossbar and should not be used under it.
4. Scaffolding
It is made of 5cm thick wooden scaffolding, made of pine or fir, with a length of 4m, a width of 20-25cm, and a single piece weighing no more than 30Kg. The scaffolding boards on the construction work layer must be fully covered, laid tightly and stably, without probe boards or flying springboards. Use Φ12 or Φ14 steel bars on the scaffolding board to press the scaffolding board horizontally, and use 8# lead wire to fasten the small horizontal bar. The outer side of the scaffolding on the working floor must be set with a toe plate, and the height shall not be less than 18cm.
5. Protection
The railing is set between the upper and lower large horizontal bars on the outside of the operation surface, with a height of 1/2 step, and is set with the operation surface. During construction, it is installed on the outer row of vertical poles. The intersection of the railing and the vertical bar should be fastened with a cross card, and the connection method of the one-word card is the same as that of the large horizontal bar.
The small-eye vertical net should be sealed from the bottom to the top, and tied tightly with the large crossbar on the same layer of the scaffolding board to prevent leakage. Small mesh is sealed on the outer shelf during construction.
6. Safety precautions:
Steel pipe: The pipe body should be straight, the outer diameter should be 48-51 mm, the wall thickness should be 3-3.5 mm, and the length should be 6 meters, 3 meters, and 2 meters. Business license and qualification certificate, a quality assurance sheet (certificate of conformity) is required to enter the site and the appearance quality is checked. Those with insufficient wall thickness, severe corrosion, bending, flattening or cracks are prohibited from use.
Fasteners: Malleable steel fasteners must be produced by units approved by the labor department, with no defects in appearance, flexible connection and rotation, and a factory certificate of conformity. Check the appearance quality and find that there are brittle cracks, deformations, slipping threads, and shafts are prohibited. use
Scaffolding board, pine or fir wood, 2 to 6 meters in length, 5 cm in thickness, 23 to 25 cm in width, hooped with lead wire after purchase. Decayed arm cracks have active joints, and scaffold boards with serious offset and deformation are prohibited from use.
The width of the safety net shall not be less than 3 meters, the length shall not exceed 6 meters, and the mesh shall not be larger than 10cm. The safety net that must be woven with materials such as nylon, cotton, and nylon that meet the national coarse standard is strictly prohibited to use broken and decayed safety net and the small polypropylene mesh can only be used as a stand.
