3. Certified professional scaffolders must perform construction personnel, the erection, and dismantling of industrial scaffolding brackets; non-special operations personnel are not allowed to engage in erection operations. Scaffolders must wear safety helmets and fasten safety belts correctly when entering the construction site. Each operator on the frame must be equipped with non-slip gloves, non-slip shoes, and safety hooks or bags for things. The work tools must be hung on the safety hooks or put in the bags.
4. When erecting the frame, erect the first-floor vertical poles, horizontal poles, vertical diagonal poles, and lay the platform steel springboards as required, and set the step distance reasonably, and erect according to the pre-approved construction requirements. Use according to the safety inspection requirements.
