Details and usage precautions of industrial mobile scaffolding

What is mobile scaffolding?
Mobile scaffolding refers to various supports set up at the construction site for workers to operate and solve vertical and horizontal transportation. It has the characteristics of simple assembly and disassembly, good load-bearing performance, safe and reliable use, and has developed rapidly. Among various new scaffoldings, mobile scaffolding is the earliest developed and the most used. Mobile scaffolding was first successfully developed by the United States. By the early 1960s, Europe, Japan, and other countries had successively applied and developed this type of scaffolding. Since the late 1970s, my country has successively introduced and used this type of scaffolding from Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and other countries.

Specifications of mobile scaffolding:
The sizes and specifications of mobile scaffolding are mainly the following: 1930*1219, 1219*1219, 1700*1219, 1524*1219, and 914*1219. These are the most common sizes of mobile scaffolding. When using them, they are built according to the height. Generally, the height will not exceed too high, and the safety will be reduced.

Requirements for the use of mobile scaffolding:
1. It is strictly forbidden to use defective products and damaged parts on the scaffolding.
2. When setting up the scaffolding, follow the installation sequence and allowable load.
3. When operating on the frame, the frame should be properly fixed before construction.
4. When the scaffolding is moved, let all workers get down from the scaffolding work platform to the ground.
5. It is strictly forbidden to hang heavy objects outside the support to prevent the support from falling due to an unbalanced load.
6. After the scaffolding is moved into place, the wheel brakes should be stepped on and the wheels locked.
7. It is strictly forbidden to set up wooden ladders on the scaffolding work platform.
8. It is strictly forbidden for workers to jump from the operating platform on the frame to the ground when the height exceeds 2m.
9. When working at high altitudes with scaffolding, protection should be set up around the operating platform and the frame should be reinforced.
10. When working on the scaffolding, workers should hang safety belts on a solid support.
11. It is strictly forbidden to climb the scaffolding while wearing slippers.
