Details about the industrial steel pipe scaffolding

1. Steel pipe (vertical pole, sweeping pole, horizontal pole, scissor brace, and tossing pole): Steel pipes shall adopt Q235 ordinary steel pipes specified in the national standard GB/T13793 or GB/T3091, and the model shall be 48.3×3.6mm, with a wall thickness difference of 0.36mm. The maximum weight of each pipe shall not be greater than 25.8kg. The material shall be provided with a product certificate and inspected before it can be put into use. The size and surface quality of the steel pipe shall comply with the regulations, and drilling on the steel pipe is strictly prohibited.

2. Fasteners:
Fasteners shall be made of forgeable cast iron or cast steel, and their quality and performance shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard “Steel Pipe Scaffolding Fasteners” (GB 15831); when fasteners made of other materials are used, they shall be tested to prove that their quality meets the requirements of the standard before use. The appearance of the fasteners shall be free of cracks, and no damage shall occur when the bolt tightening torque reaches 65N·m. Right angle, rotating fasteners: bearing capacity design value 8.0KN, butt fasteners: bearing capacity design value: 3.2KN.

Base: a pad located at the bottom of the vertical pole; including fixed base and adjustable base. (Fixed base: a base that cannot adjust the height of the support pad. Adjustable base: a base that can adjust the height of the support pad.)
Adjustable support: inserted into the top of the vertical pole steel pipe, the height of the top support can be adjusted. The screw rod and the support plate of the adjustable support should be firmly welded, and the brightness of the weld should not be less than 6mm; the screw rod and nut screw length of the adjustable support should not be less than 5 turns, and the thickness of the nut should not be less than 30mm. The design value of the compressive bearing capacity of the adjustable support should not be less than 40kN, and the thickness of the support plate should not be less than 5mm.
